We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandRoom ha a light ashtray like smell until windows opened. Ladder towards the upstairs beds are very steep and should be included in the pictures.
Staff was extremely friendly, restaurant and breakfast were superb. Parking spots very close to entrance. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel because it was close to a festival we were attending. It was easy to find, and there was plenty of parking available. We loved the restaurant. The food was excellent.

SpainI booked the shared room. When I arrived, there was no one in the room, but there was clothes on the floor, personal items in the bathroom, and a lot of mess and dirt from the people who were staying in that room at that time. Also, it smelled bad. It didn't leave a good impression, so I asked reception if I could switch to a private room. They said yes, I paid the difference, and everything went well. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Danke schön!

Easy to find and park. Lovely welcome by friendly, cheeky receptionist. Good sized room, very clean and tidy. We had a lovely view over the pool and the mountains. There is a river two minutes walk from the hotel door, so we had a lovely evening stroll. Really quiet location so we slept really well. Breakfast was good quality and tasty, the coffee was great which makes a change from that served at other hotels. We felt relaxed and comfortable at this hotel and would stay here again.

Czech RepublicWe found 1 light and shower as broken after our comint. I said that morning on reception. Afternoon the chief called me with question what is our room? That mean he wrote as notes morning nothing about broken light and shower. When we come back on our room at evening nothing was repaired.
Aftrem check-in we left the hotel. Because the chief did not put our check-in into a computer the lady on evening at 10:00 P.M. called us if we will arrive into the hotel. I appreciate her worry about us.
