Overall cozy and nice hotel but needs renovation. Some of the rooms partially renovated. The personnel super pleasant and multilingual that helps a lot. Beautiful and stylish restaurant with tasty food. Big and sunny breakfast room with a stunning view.

Overall good experience and would recommend. The only odd thing is reception took card for guarantee for mini bar but there is no mini bar in the room. We were a bit confused but not a big deal.

For families with babies, please note that the property only has cribs for larger babies that are not safe for newborns (soft cushy mattress = SIDS risk) so you are better off bringing your own. Also the room fresheners are quite strong for those with allergies or sensitivities to perfumes. Overall we had a very nice stay but felt that there could have been a little more effort to stock and prepare the apartment properly (for example, missing wine opener, lighter for fireplace, not enough cutlery, wifi not working per the instructions...). It was totally fine because the staff at reception were very helpful, but there was also not a phone in the apartment which meant going across the street whenever we needed something from them, which is not convenient especially if you can't leave the kids alone. Also there was construction at the hotel so some parts of the spa were closed and it would have been nice to have been told in advance (although perhaps we were - all the messages we got about our reservation were in German so we couldn't understand them)

Our apartment was great - much more spacious than I'd imagined, nice fireplace, nice balcony. Good breakfast, good location, very kind and polite staff. Beds were very comfortable. We had a really nice stay.

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated and the sauna not working. Breakfast was a bit carelessly, staff friendly but nor over competent.

The bathroom is a little bit small.

The mountain view from the breakfast canteen was super good! They even have telescopes there. The room is cozy and warm. The facilities are not that new or modern but with good maintenance. The staff is so friendly. The manager made a lovely Cappucino for me. We were there for therme. This hotel is very close to Walliser Alpentherme!!!
