The breakfast buffet is great but I felt ignored by the wait staff I had to ask for everything—it really made me feel bad for spending time and money here

Just one minimal suggestion for improvement: The hot water for the Japanese tea at breakfast was boiling. They could add water at the right temperature of 60 or 70 degrés.

There is a lot of highly motivated staff which is most attentif, efficient, well organized and trained. This is probably the main difference to other high end hotels. Any wish was satisfied immediately and in a very personal manner. The quality of the cheeses at the breakfast buffet was exceptional. They offer a variety of Japanese green tea with the correct means to prepare it.

Very strict rules in indoor pool (16+). Had problems bringing my daughter which is almost 15. Strange when accomanied by an adult. And even stranger considering the other spa-area (which she could have attended) was closed during our stay (maintenance). No notice of this were given at time of booking.

This is one of the most luxurious hotel we stayed in Switzerland. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. Also, the AC helped our stay during the hot summer days. The thermal pool was so beautiful, as well as both steam and dry sauna rooms. We were able to swim from 7:00am and took the sauna till 10pm. We enjoyed Bad Raguz's outdoor art exhibit right on the front yard of the hotel. Amazing hotel!!

Nothing it was perfect.

Everything, the most stunning hotel with excellent service and facilities. My mum and I loved the pools, I played 2 rounds of golf on the beautiful course and the food was exceptional. Already planning a return trip.

A very large resort with 5 stars services. The spa is exceptional and there are three Michelin restaurants inside the hotel. The huge wine collection of the bar is interesting. The free shuttle service is very helpful.

Unfortunately not all the staff are professionals. for a 5 star hotel it is not acceptable to take people without any experience. A lot of people who don't know how to do their job. In one day we had a couple of strange situations: for example, during the dinner waiter spilled oil and splashed my friend 😵‍💫 In the morning they simply forgot about the coffee we ordered and only after I asked again… after 20/30 minutes, they were bring it. Waiter at the terrace was looked so annoyed and Impatient to customers. For the rest nothing to say, all amazing 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Amazing clean bright hotel, very beautiful location, great spa area, a lot of restaurants/bars, cute small shops. Like a little town inside Will be glad to come back !!!

Not much to dislike

The property is very well maintained and in a beautiful surrounding. We had grand deluxe rooms which were spacious and with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and with the choice of 2 restaurants we could sample different cooked dishes.

The quality of service did not align with the luxury standard one would anticipate. Additionally, the room's bed, advertised as a double, was actually two single beds on rolls that continuously moved apart, resulting in discomfort and disrupted sleep. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's facilities and location remain appealing, but improvements in service and beds quality are needed to truly meet the expectations of a 5-star establishment.

While the hotel's exterior and amenities reflect its 5-star status, my experience fell short of expectations.
