We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSuperb location to ski in / out and close to bars and restaurants. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant with great service. Spa facilities were great and welcome after a day on the slopes. Apartments were well equipped.

BelgiumKitchen equipments are more or less minimalist. We should have brought some of our own (like kitchen knives). Heating is perhaps done by heat pump and as such the radiators can not be made to become hot enough to dry wet clothes etc. quickly (the rooms are dry and overnight all wet clothes will get dried). There was a free transport (by electric cart) from the parking to the apartment. But after 18H, one has to hire a taxi (CHF26). When leaving, the apartment offered transport at CHF 16 each (we needed two rides).
Location is the best feature of this apartment. Very easy for kids as they can be on snow right after they leave the apartment.

SwitzerlandIt was not clear to me from the emails that I got from the owner that even the transport organised by them was an extra cost, even if less expensive than the public one, they said.
We got an apartment with two bedrooms and a large common area with open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped. There is everything you may need to cook a simple dinner while on vacation. The kitchen has fridge, cooker, and even the dishwasher. The kitchen had also some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar, spices, tea ...) and many cleaning tools including a fancy vacuum cleaner and detergents. The bathrooms are clean, and look recently refurbished, everything looks very nice. The apartment had a large terrace all around it, and lots of light, it was really nice. The building is well organised, it has a ski room to leave your skis and boots. The ski pistes are really close, it is really ski-in ski-out. Awesome ! In the basement there is also a washing machine that guests can use (not well advertised). In the building there is a restaurant which is one of the best restaurants of Saas Fee. I have ordered some food and taken it to my room, this was also possible. I have also asked the cook for some extra cooking equipment and they were very kind to help me out. Some of the facilities are not well advertised when you check in. When you check-in they give you a QR code which will grant you some reductions on the parking cost and on other activities. Saas Fee is a car-free resort. There is a big parking at the entrance of the village with a so called exchange area. It is a 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The owner of the apartment can come and pick you up at the parking exchange area, with all of your luggage and skis and drive you to the apartment with an electric van if you arrive before 6pm or leave before 10 am, otherwise you must call an electric-van-taxi. All of our ski equipment and luggages plus ourselves (we are 4) could fit in one of these electric vans ! It was a great stay. We will surely come back.

Plus wonderful spa facility and lovely view from the balcony (I was staying in the studio apartment). Excellent communication with the hosts. I will definitely book again.

NetherlandsNothing really to be disliked there. Be aware of 2 things: 1) the plaster on the walls and the ceiling is not smooth so you can get scratched by incident and 2) the ceiling is "low", so if you are tall, rising your hands all the way up is not possible.
We got a 2 rooms apartment (1 bedroom, 1 living room) #301 with a fantastic view on the glacier. It was clean, comfortable, had all needed equipment plus some small extras. It was very enjoyable by 2 adults and a 4 y.o. boy. The property has saunas and a small warm pool for kids (also, a play room with toys and games). Location is probably the best -- just on the edge of Saas Fee, so you have a fantastic view (from the room 301), but also close to gondolas and super markets. The property also supplied us with abundance of towels. The (electric) taxi to/from the property are included in the price. COVID-19 norms were very well followed.
