Everything was great, but the stand out for me was the self laundry service. It was so helpful that we were thinking why other hotels don’t provide this facility!! Coming to the room, it was super spacious with an unbelievable view. Starting from the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone greeted us with a smile and always looking out to help. Over the course of our stay, on few occasions, we had dined at their in-house restaurant, and the food (as well as the service) was top notch

Air conditioning was not on all the time. The water in the shower changed temperatures frequently at random. If you are taller than 6 foot there are parts of the room you have to duck.

View and breakfast were AMAZING! Truly—my wife said the breakfast was the best she has ever had. The guest services and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Went above and beyond at all times. Would come back anytime, and likely will!

The location is a bit down the hill so it’s not so easy to get to the train station or the town. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel with the bus going once an hour, so takes planning.

The beds could have been more comfortable. More pillow options for the beds would have been nice. The lack of a shower door/curtain often led to lots of water on the bathroom floor.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Staff was so courteous and accommodating. The views are beautiful! Right across the street from a bus station that takes you quickly into town and to the train station.

Friendly staff checking was fast and easy they held our luggages . The room was up to date with the decor . We ate for breakfast out in the balcony seeing the beautiful view of Grindewald. Breakfast had sooo many choices and it was delicious. After a long day we used the jacuzzi and the vaporized room. We also did laundry which they provided the detergent. Dinner we ate in one of their restaurants food was fresh and every thing I ate was delicious . Thank you for making our anniversary trip special. I have been around the world and Glacier boutique is one of the best .I will definitely miss this place and I highly recommend this hotel.

The mattress were very hard and it needed 2 sleeping pillows rather than one .

Directions to find it from the station. Arrived in the dark.

Room with stunning view and balcony to contemplate it. It snowed heavily so in the morning it was magical. Great location for visiting all the local peaks by train and cable car. Lovely attentive staff, and a good wine list. A great find.
