Nothing at all was a dislike my experience was amazing from begining to end. The bus required cash as advice or pre paid ticket, out of season Arosa ski resort is shut but you can enjoy the spectacular views and 2 restaurants are open and there is shopping in Chur.

This was single handedly the best stay I have ever had and made my experience of Switzerland one of the best trips of my life. The moment I entered the hotel the warm welcome from Thomas was such a great vibe, the hotel is so cosy, has such spectacular views outside and so well kept. The food is just wow! and absolutely out of this world,, the locals are so friendly it's unreal, there is a train literally down the road to tour, we went out of season and it was worth the experience for sight seeing and fine dining, the staff really go above and beyond during your stay and are so interactive. The hotel has such a cosy vibe and bed, not to mention the continental breakfast was beyond expectations compared to other places I have stayed. A massive shout out to Thomas and his wife for thier amazing hosting.

Checkout is advertised as from 6am in my confirmation email - reception/exit was locked and I couldn't leave until around 7:30 so I missed my intended train at 7. Thankfully I had a lax schedule so not a huge problem, but worth arranging a plan in advance if you're leaving early to make sure someone's around to let you out.

Beautiful location (easily accessed by train), for one. My room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the water pressure in the shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Free minibar too, which is always a bonus! Naturally I slept well in such a peaceful location. When I left, the staff member was somewhat taken aback I wasn't staying for breakfast (I had a train to catch) and insisted upon bagging up some pastries and a drink for the journey. Excellent service all round - I'd love to return again when I visit Switzerland.

Everything is better than perfect.

The place is absolutely magical and outstanding. - Very stylish and authentic, every small detail is thoughtful and meaningful. - The room and hotel interior is new, made of quality materials and very clean. - The view from window is stunning. - Thomas was really nice and friendly manager. His hospitality and help gives additional feeling of comfort. - Arosa skiing slopes are just 7 km far from hotel. You can be early bird on slope and don’t have to wake up too early. - Breakfast is very delicious and full. Even for long skiing day. - Service, atmosphere and style are better than in many 5* hotels.

Host Thomas was super nice and provided us with extra room as it was available. Local food dishes were great and breakfast was also awesome with a grand view of Arosa valley.

Thomas and the team were exceptional, they were so very kind, made you feel very special, and gave real personal attention to all our requests. The location is stunning, the breakfast delicious, and the meals in the restaurant were five-star, highly skilled chef! I can't thank Thomas enough he absolutely made our break and we will be returning!

Magical place! I can't help but mention the friendly staff who create an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The view of the mountains from the window is mesmerizing, and the cleanliness of the rooms brings special satisfaction. And, of course, the delicious food adds to the overall experience. I was absolutely delighted with my stay!

This is the only guesthouse I've stayed where I genuinely felt like a warmly welcomed, personal guest. All the details of the service made this such a special experience above being a very lovely place to stay. The room is super clean, the shower steaming hot, the pillows soft and cosy. We had a beautiful view of the sunset over the mountains from our room, enjoyed beers on the terrace and took advantage of the little playground for our son. Every morning the breads were fresh and each item of the breakfast, although "standard " buffet fair, was so nicely selected and well considered that it was just right. We had dinner at the guesthouse restaurant and loved that the gentleman running the guest house gave our son a colouring book and markers to help save our sanity while dinner was prepared. I could write a whole essay on how much we enjoyed this place. Just stay here. It's great.

Beutiful B&B and location. Even travelling to the bed and breakfast from Chur is an experience by itself.I enjoyed my stay very much. Thomas is a very friendly man that can tell you alot about the history of the village and environment. I would book here a second time without a doubt. BR, Tommy

Traditional gasthouse. super clean and well kept small hotel high up in a small village. If you don't like high places - this is not for you. Dog frendly. Rooms are direct from the 80's but in a positive retro way. Super nice staff. Good breakfast.

Stunning location high up in the Alps, the very warm welcome from Thomas & the staff was superb, nothing was to much trouble...room was spotlessly clean....wish we could have stayed longer......Next time!!!

Nice little hotel a bit off the beaten track. Views from the rear of the property were stunning with a nice big terrace to enjoy them. Food good staff very friendly would definitely recommend.

There is nothing not to like.

An absolutely lovely hotel. The primary host we dealt with, Thomas (sorry if spelling is wrong) was perfect. He was always available if required but was always discreet and courteous. The breakfast is everything you could possibly want. The restaurant provides superb evening meals. A private terrace for hotel residents is a superb touch.

I have hardly any remarks. Maybe the wifi can be a little faster in the rooms, but it works well most of the time.

What a great service and hospitality. Very clean en spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great location with parking and near a train station. Skiing & snowshoeiing possibilities in winter. Cycling and hiking in summer. I have stayed in many guest houses and hotels before, but I must admit that this place is on top of my list.
