Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Austriastaff at the reception when we checked in: we traveled a long way and she said she can only give us 1 min as there were other people behind us - and I booked 5 rooms! very expensive for such treatment. also asked us to go around the building (when it was raining) for 2 of the 5 rooms but found out later there is actually a connecting access from inside the building! I guess she really didnt have time for us to show us around.
room view for room with lake view - it was really nice. Breakfast was also very good.

MauritiusThe cleaning staff was not good. They do not change the towels or water glasses and even the cleaning was not great. Also they do not offer amenities like toothbrush, kettle, cofee machine in the room.
Proximity to places to visit like launderbrunen and we got a free room upgrade to a newly renewed room. Breakfast was also good.

Hotel Seaside is a very unusual and cool hotel. It was very clean and the staff was lovely.

Our room terrace has no partition to separate your area from neighboring room! you all share the terrace (which makes you leave curtains closed at all times for privacy then you miss the view that you paid for!) it’s very easy to the hotel management to install partitions to make rooms more private) also, if you’re a non smoker and decided to enjoy the view, then pray that your left and right neighbors aren’t smokers because otherwise you will end up being second smoker🥵

SwitzerlandI was asking if we could have breakfast earlier as 7 am and the receptionist mentioned it was not possible. It was either possible to have a breakfast box because it was too late to ask for one. The next day it was important for me to have breakfast at 7 a.m. and grab something very fast, however, it opened 07:05, and every minute counted because of my train. Then I grabbed quickly something to take. Adding to this, we asked a day before we would like to check out already so we could leave fast the next day, so it was mentioned just to leave the keys on reception but the next day the other receptionist mentioned i need to pay taxes... I am fine with paying taxes but they could tell me the day before so i could have paid in advance. Anyways - good for learning. Other than that , Location was great
