It would have been perfect if it has a bar fridge. The staff were very efficient but were very busy hence did not have time to answer detail queries at times.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in the heart of Zermatt and only a short walk from the train station. It was very convenient for us to explore Zermatt and the nearby attractions such as Gornergrat from there. As it is on the Main Street, there are many good food and shopping options. The room was of good size with a nice small balcony for outside view. It was very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The room also came with nice breakfast every morning which we enjoyed very much. We would love to stay here again if we do come back to Zermatt in future.

Well located hotel a short walk from train station. Clean with a good sized room. Breakfast was varied with a good selection of different foods. In the morning, the cleaners opened the door directly while we were still sleeping, and we were shocked.

The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything! One of our rooms had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn! Rooms were comfortable, nice showers, excellent breakfast. They even accommodated my restricted diet well.

Though I did not get any upgrade or a room with a view of Matterhorn, the hotel delivered the essentials, including an excellent location near the train stations and countless shops/restaurants, a clean and functional (though small) room and a healthy continental breakfast. The staff are very efficient and friendly too.

Nice little hotel, very clean. Our room had a nice view of the Matterhorn and was spacious. Breqakfast was pretty much a "continental" type breakfast with a little fruit, sliced meats and cheese, lots of breads.

I loved the warmth and friendly hospitality of the staff member (Victor) that welcomed me to the hotel and helped me with all aspects of my stay. I noticed that he was equally helpful and friendly and attentive to all other guests as well. My room was very spacious and well appointed with views to the front of the hotel and a Matterhorn glimpse when the weather fined up. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with many choices.The hotel was also only a short walk from the station. It was a really enjoyable stay. I will definitely be back.
