Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThey do not provide directions to reach the hotel. When you get out of the train station keep walking to the right on the main road and the hotel is between the second and third pharmacy on your left.
Close to the train station. Plenty of places to eat or drink nearby. The room on the third floor had a balcony. Excellent amenities, they even provided slippers. Breakfast included in the price. Excellent cafe espresso.

The property was outstanding. So convenient from the train station and literally where all the action is. We booked 3 rooms for our family of six and one happened to be the deluxe (because of lack of other availability), which had a balcony, two lounge chairs and an amazing view of the Matterhorn amidst the charming downtown architecture. The deluxe room was immaculate and modern, incredibly spacious with separate reception space with closets and desk, separate bathroom, bedroom area with comfy couch and extra chairs. We were tired after a long day and ordered pizza for our family to eat in the room and it was perfect! Despite being in the heart of everything, it was quiet and we had a great sleep! On top of that, a nice breakfast was included.

United KingdomA mini fridge could be too much to ask for but there is no kettle in room. We didn't end up using the balcony but it looks quite dusty, as if not been used nor cleaned for weeks.
Fantastic location, can't get any better with 5 minutes walk from Zermatt GGB station. This is a car-free neighbourhood with only electric taxis and no public transports so you don't want your hotel being too far away especially with luggage. Room is very spacious and comfortable, ours also come with a balcony though the view is average. Coffee machine available in room. Luggage storage available, friendly and helpful receptionist. Breakfast is pretty standard.

AustraliaCarpet is dated but the rest is quite new. It will be great to have a bar fridge and kettle in the room. There is a coffee machine but water is not hot enough to make tea.
Location is close to train station. We have a room with balcony, pretty private, with a canvas partition between the rooms. Nice mountain view. Room is spacious in European standard. Gerard at the front desk is exceptionally friendly and helpful. He is trying to accommodate all our requests. Victor is informative and friendly as well. Susanna in the restaurant is very good, always serve our breakfast with a smile and clean up and replenish food efficiently.

The hotel was ideally located! 5 minute walk to the train station, right in the middle of town, perfect! Very clean, staff were very helpful! Would definitely stay again.

United StatesThe worst pillows I’ve had in a long time. I should’ve asked for replacements, but I was too tired. Should also have more than two pillows on a queen bed. I went to breakfast at 7:45 (starts at 7 and goes to 10). I had the last two morsels of smoked salmon. It was not replenished. Same goes for the ham. Maybe they did so after I left, but I was there for 10 minutes after it was gone with no action.
Just two blocks from the train station and just steps away from every shop or restaurant you’d want. Exceptionally clean. Bathroom looked brand-new. Entire property was clean and well-maintained.
