Can’t speak to quality of breakfast because We were not able to get breakfast due to needing to catch an early train.

Easy check in. Clean quiet facility. Easy walk from train station. Walked every where to see sites. Saw a lot even tho our time was short.

No tea and coffee making facilities and no fridge. There were staff problems in the breakfast area as the lady in attendance was obviously frustrated and prone to throwing things about. She wasnt friendly. The breakfast was only average.

The location in Chur is excellent and the Hotel is easy to find. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a pleasant ambience.

Great breakfast, plenty to choose from. Room was great, as expected, unfortunately no tea or coffee facility in the room, which we missed. Chur was an eye opener for us and we hope to return in the future.

I loved this hotel and if I ever come back to Chur I will definitely come back. The room was super, great bathtub and bed, and the views of Alps right outside my windows! Also the breakfast had lots of options. Highly recommend.

Hotel was as we’d expected.

Traditional type, old-town building, which is what we wanted when we booked. Quite basic room, but had everything we needed incl. shower gel, towels, hairdryer, safe, etc. Good selection at breakfast

I liked the upgrading of the bathroom, along with the feeling of an older hotel with nooks and crannies. The breakfast was very nice in a room that felt warmer than some breakfast areas.

Although breakfast was good for meat eaters, it was not so good for vegans. The beans were cold each day, and there was no plant milk. I bought some locally, but had to keep it in a warm room overnight. This might be a Swiss thing, as plant milk is now standard in UK hotels.

Only that it was a public holiday when we arrived in Chur so a lot of the restaurants and bars in the area were closed - but the ever helpful staff found us a place to eat which we were grateful for after a long days travel

The Ambiente Freieck was a lovely place to stay right in the heart of Chur.The staff were excellent and the hotel itself is a great base for anyone wanting to to explore Chur and particularly the old town area .The breakfasts we had were very good with plenty of choice of well prepared fresh food in nice surroundings.

The pillows seemed to have no stuffings and too low which is bad for my back. Bathroom radiator was turned off. The wash basin sink plug was broken.

The location was in the heart of the old town which made it easier to move around. They gave me a corner room 104 which was bigger in size with an extra sofa-bed. No frills continental breakfast buffet was served.

In our room bathroom sink was small which made it a bit more difficult to utilize without splashing water. Issue was the faucet it too large. No Ac which can make it more warm.

Although reception staff were very friendly, they did not give us the free tourist passes which would have saved us 50% on the cost of museums, cable car and concert. Bar at the hotel closed at 10, despite notice advertising 10.30.
