The hotel might be on the pricy end of things, though I can't think of any other negative.

I loved the balcony view of the mountains. Breakfast was exceptional, beds were very comfy. I especially appreciated the keyless management system of the establishment - you can unlock doors just with your phone through their app! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has its parking places outside - no extra cost.

It's a family-owned business and the owners really care about your experience. That really shows. The hotel is very tidy and well run, the communal areas feel welcoming and cozy and whoever is cooking the dinners is doing an amazing job.

Very friendly and helpful staff for suggestions and what to do around flims, place was very clean. Calm area and good location, yummy homemade dinners, highly recommend to eat there in the evening. it was a relaxing and quiet stay at the lodge.

As mentioned directly to the hosts as well, the extra cleaning for the apartment we ordered and paid for, can be improved - it was only lightly vacuumed and sinks were cleaned but nothing else. However they were very open to this feedback. But aside from that we were really happy and can only recommend this lovely accommodation!!

Lovely staff, lovely hosts, very attentive and welcoming. The apartment was the perfect size for a family and there are some nice (family friendly) hiking trails, which you can start right from the flem mountain lodge. The cafe downstairs is a great place to relax after a hike with really delicious coffee. We are looking forward to being back! :-)

We enjoyed our stay at Flem mountain Lodage, the self checkin was easy to do, the rooms were super clean, the balcony was wide and has nice views. They have nice outdoor seatings. The breakfast was good and most importantly the staff are very friendly

They offer a lot of vegan breakfast options and a verry good fresh coffee with oatmilk :D The house is really beautiful and lovely decorated. Anita and Caro are always open for feedbacks and wishes for the guests :) You should really go there ;) - and of course There‘s also meat and cheese for your not vegan boyfriends :P

I believe the rate that the hotel offers is too expensive based on the services/amenities they offer. The rooms are very simple with the minimum things (not even a bottle of water in the room). To my surprise, they do not clean the room every day!!! I found it really surprising based on the amount of money you are paying. Other 4*hotels from the area cost similarly and have a large amount of services and amenities, proper cleaning frequency and spa. Additionally, the food in the restaurant is really expensive. As an example, a dish of 4 capuns (like ravioli) costed me 35 CHF; I ate the same dish (with much bigger portion) in another restaurant in Flims at half price. My room had a strange smell; it smelt like tobacco. I told the staff and they told me that unfortunately the hotel was fully booked; hence it was not possible to change me to another room. They me a spray to try to get rid of the smell but it did not go away; even opening the windows or turning on an aromatic candle. Overall I was disappointed with the value for money.

The staff is nice and the coffee area is cosy.

The bed was comfortable however the pillows were very soft and uncomfortable. The room was quite noisy and having to sleep with the window open due to the high room temperature, noise from the rooms each side due to the single balcony and street noise disrupted sleep each night. Noise from the corridors was also high. Dining options were limited and restricted to a set menu.

The team are super friendly and accommodating. Eager to please and you feel at home straight away. Location is good and the free bus ride to the ski station is welcomed. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options including freshly prepared eggs and real coffee. Appreciated the decent hairdryer!
