If you stay on the 5th floor you have to walk the stairs from the 4th to the 5th floor - ok for us, but just something to bare in mind!

Location was perfect - less than 10mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station, and within seconds of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was included and was exceptional. All staff very helpful. Room was comfortable.

5th floor had no lift, so you need to carry your luggage up for just a short flight of stairs from 4th floor.

Location was excellent. Just a short 7-min walk from Interlaken OST station. Breakfast was decent. Service staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. On our last day, we had to checkout earlier than the breakfast timing, but they offered to pack an early takeaway free-of-charge. Shared toilets were above expectations and surprisingly clean. There are 2 showers and 2 toilet cubicles (4 independent cubicles) so there was not a situation where we had to wait to use it (depending on peak season, our visit was in Apr).

No real complaints, just things to be aware of. Elevator doesn't go up to the 5th floor. Not a big deal, but good to know for people with mobility issues. People in hotel across the way could see into our windows so just had to be conscious to use curtains.

Confusing location - within hotel interlaken but this isn’t signposted anywhere Plug sockets are randomly located in the rooms not near the beds, Pillows are flimsy as with most hotels We had a noisy neighbour, The toilet doors all slam so if someone is using them at night it can be heard

Very happy with my stay. Well kept property with great employees. Although bathrooms and shower were shared, I never had to wait. Everything very clean. Breakfast was full of many choices so ate well. Will stay again next time - very central location for walkers like me.

The elevator goes only till 4th floor. 5th floor needs to be accessed through stairs.

The hotel is just 7min walk from Interlaken Ost. They have good buffet breakfast. They allowed us to leave the luggage after checkout. The hotel has in house restaurant and also there are many good restaurants outside aswell.

The staff is excellent. The rooms are on the top floor of a very nice hotel. To get to the fifth floor you have to walk up from the fourth, but we didn’t find that a problem at all. The rooms on the fifth floor aren’t very big, but certainly adequate for us. Even though the rooms were all filled sharing showers and bathrooms, it was never a problem. The location was perfect for us.

The wifi was fine for the first two nights but quit working on the last night, which was frustrating. The rooms are right next to a church which has bells that go off every hour until as least midnight - fair warning if you're a light sleeper.

Located just a seven minute walk from Interlaken Ost, this hotel gave us a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet was superb, with a huge variety of food that changed every day, and labels for many dietary restrictions. The rooms were nice, with all the usual amenities. While there was obviously a shared bathroom, the room included a sink which made mornings and evenings very smooth.

Keycard failed each day, necessitating return to reception down stairs/elevators Kettle provided but no suitable area other than floor to use it. A small bar fridge with milk provided for tea/coffee would be appreciated. The milk powder is disguisting.
