Quite pricey compared to other similar hotels we stayed at in Switzerland.

Gorgeous location with beautiful balcony views. Restaurant quality was great. Give it a try if you are already staying.

Nothing can improve Grindelwald!!

Absolutely fabulous hotel a the quiet end of Grindelwald. The views from the room balcony were simply stunning and the church across from the hotel just made it quintessentially Swiss. Just an amazing place to see

Great location, staff were extremely helpful! Loved that they had a washer and dryer available for CHF 5. Breakfast was small but the eggs were cooked to order and were always perfect. They have an onsite restaurant which it’s very fancy but doesn’t serve GF options though there are plenty of restaurants a very short walk so it didn’t really matter. Parking was easy. Short walk to both gondolas. Recommend 4-5 nights here if you can.

I would’ve preferred a room for 3 people however I had to book two rooms instead.

Staff was so attentive and amazing. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way; what a wonderful location! Already planning for the next visit. This is by far the best hotel of our Switzerland vacation and will be one of the favorite memories from our first trip to this beautiful country!!

Traveled with the family and SPA has adult times (which is understandable), but doesn't help when you come home from a hike with the kids and they want to use the pool etc. too.

Breakfast was great, healthy selection and local products. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location within walking distance to everything.

A bit on the pricey side and staff asked repeatedly if we wanted to book a dinner reservation.

We stayed in the loft with Mountain View, which could hold our family of four. The room was beyond gorgeous. it had skylights, two large TVs, too extremely comfortable beds, and a beautiful shower. The view from the balcony was amazing, showing three mountains and a great view of the glacier. The breakfast each morning was fabulous with cook to order eggs, and great coffee or hot chocolate.

We had an excellent time here. The owners are lovely and approachable with lots of information to offer around places to visit. Staff helping with breakfast and room maintenance were just wonderful. Bed was super comfy and the room was very very clean. I had a great stay and felt relaxed. Breakfast was delicious too. The hotel was modern but still cosy and had a fantastic view. Couldn’t improve it!

Location is great; parking easy; staff very friendly and helpful and informative. Good sized room and the outdoor spa/sauna upstairs were fantastic. A bonus was a Michelin quality tasting dinner we had in the hotel restaurant.

This hotel is beyond expectation. The owner Lars is super friendly, we have big luggages and two ski bags and he picked us up from train station. It's very easy by bus as well if with little luggages. The hotel is new since last year, everything is lovely and clean and with a design taste. We stayed at the place for three nights and both of us feel was the great part of our 10 day ski trip from Zermatt to Grindelwald. The hotel has a super nice dinner, with options of 3/4/6 courses and we chose the 6 courses and was even surprised that they offered a lot of extra snack courses. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Grindelwald to stay at this hotel.

Location is good. 4~5 minute walk to First Gondola terminal with plenty car park. Scenery is abolutely best. Bed is super comfortable. Staffs were kind and professional, reception and restaurant both.

The shower in the hotel room is designed for those shorter than 1.60m. It is not possible to find anything to eat after 10 o'clock. Breakfast includes not big choices.

The town center is 7-8 minutes by walk, 2 minutes by bus and the bus stop is right opposite the hotel. Here is clean, reliable and renovated family hotel. There is a sauna and hot pool but it is with extra charge.

Fair bit of distance from the train station. Can’t see much of the sunset view, even with the booking of sunset view room.

Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant is great. Hotel’s design is very Scandinavian, which is much to my likings. The bus stop is just right in front of the hotel.
