The bed sheets are very old. The pillows and mattress has no support. I kept being bitten in the apartment, I don't know if it was bed bugs but it kept happening till I left. When we were there, it was raining and quite cold, we couldn't turn the heating up in the apartment. I contacted the owner and asked to turn up the heater and they refused and said it's set to 20 degrees which is the standard. We are from Australia and standard there is 25 degrees. I don't know if switzerland has different standards but the room was cold for us and would have been nice to have control. The house in general is not kept well. Vacuum cleaners and other random items all over the entrance and staircases. Broken glass peices in the balcony. Broken utensils. With some care and upkeep it can be a great place to stay.

We were in the deluxe apartment and the view from the dining table (windows from 2 sides) and that bedrooms was great. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms as well. Location was great, very close to the station and shops.

The bathroom lock was not working, imagine sharing unlockable bathroom with 7 people. Bathroom toilet floor was slippery, we had to scrubbed it to make it safe for the family. The bathroom ceiling was a bit moldy. The sensor light in the bathroom was a bit irritating.

The floor in the apartment is abit dusty. The toilet is without window and using motion detector which is very annoying as the lighting went off when no motion detected since showering time is motionless at almost all time.

There was a stale smell during the beginning of stay which went away with time.

The property was located at an excellent location, just a few steps away from Interlaken West station. The rooms were of great size and quite cozy.

The owner should have provided us with information as to how to access the assigned apartment prior to guests arrival. Without the help from other guests (not the owner) we couldn’t obtain the key to access the door

Communication was poor. Bathrooms and kitchen need repair. Till last minute we did not receive access code. By chance cleaning lady was there who helped to get us keys. Nobody was picking call. Some guest had to leave that day as nobody was communicating from host.

Location is good, walking distance from interlaken west station. We took 4 bedroom apartment, it is good for group of 7-8 people.

host totally unresppinsive, when I complained about garbage and stench at the door he said what you pay for you will get, the garbage was removed after 4 days. check in time is 4 pm and check out 10 am sharp which is too much, owner will let you in only at 4 pm, owner does not pay heed to complaints, totally unfriendly, honestly dont do business if you are not customer friendly, 3 bhk apartment but only 1 washroom inside the apartment, the other toilet is outside the apartment, better to stay in a hotel
