The location is brilliant , just 5 minutes to walk to the famous Crash Landing Netflix film location , the Man in the reception is very accommodating , I think he’s name is Paulo?I will definitely recommend this property

There was a big spider by the time we checked in. It could have been checked and removed :D cos we are very scared of big spiders

Location and the apartment is superb! We checked in late but the host waited for us patiently. Checking out was fast and easy also.

Location very close to Lake Brienz, beautiful scenery. Only 5 mins walk to the Crash Landing on You filming location. There is bus and ships to takes you to other city.

It mentioned in the information leaflet that we should remove and leave the bed linen and towels and all in the bathroom and clean the kitchen :) (If I understood it correctly) Here, it would have been better if they didn't expect us to remove the bed linen, cleaning the kitchen is an acceptable request anyway :) ----- We needed to wait a while at the restaurant counter (because they had many customers to serve food to) for the keys to the apartment (for which we didn't receive any information in advance) we had instead going to the address mentioned in the booking details and then we called them up and they asked us to go to another location (0.7 km away). It eventually worked out but we could have saved ourselves the hassle if things were pre-specified.

The view 🪟 😀 Probably Brienzersee (Iseltwald) is not yet crazily famous for tourists coming without their own vehicle. So this place is less explored and very very peaceful. Thank you.

The property is perhaps less charming than other locations but as we only used it for sleeping, we didn't mind this too much. It was also the most expensive stay on our whole trip around France, Italy and Switzerland this summer, but given that it's in location we expected this and it matched our expectations. Switzerland is expensive in any case, so we didn't expect comparable prices to the south of France for example.

We enjoyed this location as a point to explore the lake and the nearby mountains. It was clean and quiet. The main road is at a distance so the apartment is quiet and feels safe for the kids playing outside. It's a professional location with a hotel, so picking up the keys was routine. It's a few hundred metres from a great diving board and ladder into the lake and we swam a few times a day. Lovely.

It will take a while bus from the interlaken OST to this apartment, and they are not provide any toothbrush, so need to prepare yourself. But for the view and environment is worth to cover those con thing 🤭

The view from the room are extremely beautiful, it point to the lake and the castle!!! Just a few walk u are able to swim on the lake and enjoy the cooler water and beautiful mountains view!!!

Some blinds on back door would be nice.

Amazing view out the bedroom window of the lake and Chateau. Nice flat with everything we needed. Two bathrooms was nice. Good food at the hotel restaurant.

We booked for a two room apartment originally but given an option to change it to a room with a view of the lake, which was awesome too since there were only two of us. we didn’t mind as we might not be fully utilising all the space and facilities in the two bedroom unit. the breakfast offered was great with variety of choices too. We had our dinner at the property too and enjoyed it very much. great location with ample parking spaces to choose! the lake is just a couple of mins away.

no living room sitting area but we preferred to have 2 full bedrooms. the hotel staff does have their break room below the apartment.

perfect little apartment associated with the Chalet du Lac hotel. view from the back bedroom of the lake Ana castle. 2 bedrooms of good size with ample storage for a week long trip.

the electric cooker is too slow. A induction cooker would be more useful. we could not use the coffee machine, because we did not know it uses filter coffee and did not bring any with us.

The scery is absolutely spectacular!! The view from the apartment of the lake and the mountains beyond was truely exceptional. The host was knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. Parking was free and conveniantly located on the property. We enjoyed our stay here.

Early check out requested, bill has been paid the night before, the staff told me next morning just hand the key to the boss or leave on the key shelf In morning the lobby door was locked, I couldn't get to the shelf and there was no one to be seen I ask the delivery guy at the back door, while we tried to figure where to find someone or where to leave the key, a man walked out "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY KITCHEN!" "HAVE YOU PAID?" "YOU NEED TO CLEAN THE KITCHEN" I told him the kitchen is clean "IT'S NOT CLEAN" I repeated to him the kitchen is clean "WE WILL SEE..." He was aggressive and condescending during the conversation, I felt very uncomfortable and scared, just wanted to get out of there On the way out I busted into tears I have never been treated so disrespectfully and rude ever before, didn't expect it would happen in Switzerland, it ruined my whole experience of the stay
