We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe hotel shows its age quite a bit - the elevator for example, or the light switches, or some of the walls. Some refurbishments would help, I think.
The hotel is quite close to the railway station, easy to reach on foot. It's also within walking distance of the center, where there are a few restaurants, bars etc and the castle. There are is also a supermarket nearby. The staff were very nice, after my friend inquired about a fridge, they actually brought a small one to our room, very appreciated.

Great location close to station and town centre. Ideal for a night when travelling. Friendly receptionist who was keen to help, finding us a socket converter and some milk for tea. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good quality buffet breakfast included.

It was really convenient for the trains and town, and it has a lift! The breakfast was good and plentiful! The hotel staff were very friendly!

Next to rail/bus station, convenient for transport, but quiet. Many shops/bars shut from late Saturday afternoon to Monday. Comfy beds, balcony with 2 chairs, kettle & fridge worked well. Enjoyed thermal baths at Briger Bad!

AustraliaFor access Brig Bahnhoffplatz, you'd struggle to find anything this convenient and at this price point. Breakfast is in a spacious room on the 2nd floor affording views over the activities of the railways next door. Staff too are wonderful and incredibly welcoming anf helpful.
