Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayThere is some noise from the passing train, but I slept well with ear plugs. The parking garage has sufficient parking spaces, but it is small for bigger cars. Expect to reverse back and forth to complete turns inside the garage.
Amazing view from balcony towards Matterhorn. The room was clean and there was blackout blinds for the windows. Free parking in garage under the hotel and 4 minute walk from the hotel to the train station taking you to Zermatt.

United StatesMaybe offer a fan for the room, as it got a little stuffy if the windows weren’t fully opened. Our tub did not drain well.
Messaging responses were quick and thorough. They were very accommodating with our late check-in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedding very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Full menu, lacking nothing.

PortugalParking lot very dark, specially at night. There is no possibility to get to hotel directly from the parking lot after "closing" ours, so we had to go from the outside to get some things from the car. It's something to improve.
Very good breakfast, and close to the train station to get to Zermatt. They also have a shuttle to take you directly there, which is cheaper than the train. Some updates and modernizations are being done. But not yet to all rooms, as ours was a little out of date. But still comfortable. Parking lot available in the building.

The free parking underground is a great added bonus since one cannot go to Zermatt by car anyway! The room was big and spacious, with very comfortable linen. The breakfast had a nice selection.

We could choose the room on the back side of the hotel. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walking to the train station from which you can reach Zermatt. Breakfast was good, not a big choice but there were both savoury and sweet things. There is a parking for cars.

United StatesThe location was great. We got off the train and turned right. It's about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The hotel was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The view was of the mountains. The breakfast was a typical European breakfast (sausage, eggs, rolls/ croissants, yogurt, lunch cheese, cereal, and a few other things). It was very easy to take the train from Zurich to Tasch. The train ends in Tasch. The next morning, we got up and took the train to Zermatt. It takes approximately 15 minutes. It was very easy to get around.
