The room floor was dusty, the lights in the room were very poor, especially in the bathroom.

Breakfast is great, with ample quality options to choose from, location is also great, walking distance from the train station.

Our only issue was being across the road from the train line that went from Täsch to Zermatt every 20-30 minutes. Less in the evening put it made sleeping hard. We were in the room closest to the train, so other rooms may be quieter.

This was a perfect location for a trip into Zermatt. The shuttle service was very easy. The view from our balcony to the mountains was amazing. The staff were super nice and the breakfast was great. Nice to have some hot food.

Staff did not communicate very important details, like that the transportation to Zermatt listed on their site for $6, does not have any schedule to speak of, and they tell you it is available at request, but then when you request it, you learn there is only one van, and if it is gone you wait 40 minutes. Additionally the transportation ends at 530 p.m. So, we had to pay $48 for transportation to Zermatt despite believing at booking that this would be conveniently available from the hotel. Additionally, the elevator system is incredibly old (the kind you push open the door) and slow, and only goes up to the 3rd floor. We don't have a problem with stairs, but it is difficult with luggage. The fourth floor bathrooms contain the shower in the eves, which is a bit odd for tall people. The hotel seemed very expensive for what you get, we did make the most of breakfast. :)

The location was great, and the view rooms do have a nice view of some of the mountains if the weather is clear. The included breakfast was also amazing with espresso and lots of choices. Convenient (but small) car parking under hotel.

Hotel was great, had all we needed and well located. Easy to use and convenient shuttle service into Zermatt which was cheaper than public transport. Very close to the train station as well for when we stayed out in Zermatt too late for the last shuttle.

Good rooms. Nice view from the balcony with quite neighborhood. Free parking and Railwaystation is nearby. Also, we walked in the nearby neighborhood and found a park where our kids enjoyed. Breakfast was good.

I do wish the balcony was not shared with the next room, but it's not a deal breaker. Overall, though, there is not much to criticize as we only spent 1 night there. If we spent more nights, we would get something in Zermatt (but the price goes up).

There is some noise from the passing train, but I slept well with ear plugs. The parking garage has sufficient parking spaces, but it is small for bigger cars. Expect to reverse back and forth to complete turns inside the garage.

Amazing view from balcony towards Matterhorn. The room was clean and there was blackout blinds for the windows. Free parking in garage under the hotel and 4 minute walk from the hotel to the train station taking you to Zermatt.

Great location, less than 5 mins walking to Tash train station. Breakfast has a very good selection of food especially coffee. Hotel has own parking which made it easy too.

Lack of warm reception upon arrival. No kettle in room,hot water only at reception. 30 chf security deposit for power adaptor is painful.

Location near train station,frequent shuttle to Zermatt.Much better to stay here in natural surroundings than Zermatt.Currency exchange bank nearby. Breakfast buffet and dinner quite good. Balcony in the room has a lovely view.

Maybe offer a fan for the room, as it got a little stuffy if the windows weren’t fully opened. Our tub did not drain well.

Messaging responses were quick and thorough. They were very accommodating with our late check-in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedding very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Full menu, lacking nothing.
