Only thing we could fault was the lack of air conditioning in our room as it was very warm.

Breakfast and dinner very good and loved the free afternoon coffee and cake. Also loved the bedroom decor - we had a suite and it was beautifully designed with natural wood.

Room ventilation was not great and the fan cord was too short to place the fan near the patio door. Shower door is too short which makes showering difficult.

Nothing, everything was amazing.

Everything: people, room, breakfast and dining options, SPA and fitness, location to the station and airlifts and shops. Room was spacious, overlooking mountains but quite. Bed is comfortable with enough pillows to make sleeping super comfortable. There is a free mini bar in the room. Amazing, kind and helpful people. I'll come for the visit again for sure.

Very cosy, friendly and hospitable hotel. Staff were lovely, especially Melanie in Reception. View from our balcony was stunning and it was amazing to watch night fall over the mountains. Lots of nice little touches including pick up at the station, free coffee and cake every afternoon, a free mini bar and delicious homemade smoothies served at the table at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and we ate twice at Barry’s restaurant which was very good.

Location - absolutely perfect , 5 minutes from the town station, plenty of shops along the way. With a co-op just down the road which was ideal for drinks and snacks for the day out Staff - incredible friendly , always happy to help, provided me with the correct charger , offered me a breakfast box as I was leaving the hotel before breakfast begun, offered to put the spa on early for me on my last day. The staff in this hotel are nothing short of amazing , forever smiling, always happy to assist and make the stay welcome Hotel - very clean and tidy, room was a single room, very modern and everything I needed Would definitely stay here again

In a room, the mini bar did not work well and cannot keep beverage in a good status. Room does not have an air conditioner and little bit hot when closed the window. When you open the window, we heard the noisy sound from the street.

This hotel is located near the station - around 5min on foot and very near to the cable car to First. Also easy access to good restaurants & stores. Breakfast was a bit simple but nice. The restauants on ground floor is very nice for lunch & dinner. Rooms is clean & staffs are very kind.

The room was a bit hot, the hotel provided a small fan, but maybe a bigger fan would help more. Nothing serious, however, the hotel was really amazing.

The layout of the hotel is a bit odd, but overall it didn't affect the quality of our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center of town. Walkable to the train station & the hotel was nice enough to offer to pick us up so we didn't have to carry our bags up the hill. The reception staff is very welcoming & the hotel room was comfortable & clean with a nice patio outside. Also the breakfast included was nice & had vegan options too!

Location was great! Just a short walk from the train station, not too far from Grindelwald First either. The room was spacious and I especially enjoyed taking long baths in the bathtub. Also got a gorgeous view of Grindelwald from my window.

Location of our room within the building was a bit bad luck. With staircases and the luggage storage just outside it seemed to be not the most quiet place during early morning hours (slamming doors, talking hotel guests, luggage on the stairs). Also, be prepared to drive your care carefully to the outdoor parking place, which is uphill behind the hotel at roof top level. In our case, the parking was fully occupied (although we could not make any upfront reservation) and got the last garage place offered (which was an adventure again driving down the care into the underground).

Perfect location, central to everything. Interior looks nice and authentic, nicely refurbished building. Staff is very friendly and genuinely motivated. Rooms are well designed and comfy. Restaurant is also a good option to try.

The location right in the middle of Grindelwald with quick access to trains, buses and the lifts going up to First. The view from the balcony to the Eiger was beautiful. The breakfast was very good with a good assortment of options.

Great location, close to the train stations and all the attractions we wanted to see. Excellent breakfast and service especially the front desk staff. Melanie was so helpful and even ordered packed breakfast when we had to leave for the airport at 06 in the morning.

The view from the room was to the parking lot, on the ground level, which was not great. We had a nice balcony. The only thing we found lacking was the total lack of privacy in the bathroom - which is open to the room and one cannot take a bath or a shower or brush his teeth in private.

Breakfast was amazing, fresh and tasty and great. Staff was very very friendly, and helpful (thank you Melanie!). We stayed at a suite, which was lovely, and spacious and beautiful. Loved the coffee and cake in the afternoon, the small personal touches, the free minibar and snacks.

The beds were too hard and pillows too flat.

The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We had a beautiful view of Eiger Mtn. The location was convenient and right in town. The breakfast was delicious and their restaurant very good.
