The breakfast was super - a wide selection including fresh fruit. The room was lovely and the shared bathroom was immaculate. The dining and bar area is so cozy and the team were extremely friendly and helpful before and during my stay

There is some construction next door but it was at most a minor inconvenience.

Our family unanimously consider this the best place so far in our two week trip to Italy and Switzerland. Our family room had lofted beds, a table and balcony with great views of the alps. It was brand new, stylish and very clean. The staff was friendly, funny and made us feel like we had friends in Mürren. The breakfast was great and dinner in the restaurant our favorite in Murren. We were sad to leave this slice of heaven in the Alps.

We were on the top floor which had a slanted ceiling. I bumped my head on it once. There was no shared bathroom on our floor. We had to ask where it was and go to the floor below us.

The location right across from the train station is great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! Everything was very clean.

No kettle to make tea in the room, but you can always ask the restaurant for a pot of hot water. There's not really anything else we didn't like. Everything was really enjoyable here and again given the prices in the area Eiger Guesthouse was definitely amazing value and very affordable.

Great stay in Murren. Ema was very friendly and the hotel is right across from the Murren BLM train station which was very convenient on the day we left (June 1, 2024) when the station opened. It was only 20 minutes to Lauterbrunnen from that station making it a very desirable location. I was thinking about a return trip to Switzerland already and was originally thinking I'd rather be in Lauterbrunnen to be central but with the added 20 minutes I think it's actually worth going to Murren. It was a cute picturesque village and Eiger Guesthouse is a great affordable stay. There is a restaurant attached to the guesthouse and while we didn't eat there, the food looked and smelled delicious. Breakfast was good, an assortment of croissants, bread, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, deli meat and cheese. Great coffee and juices to choose from. You get a card that will also give you free access to the local pool and gives you discounts on the Trumbellebach Falls. We had the cozy room which doesn't have mountain views but even then our window did look out to see the mountains.

breakfast was included and was delicious. the restaurant was great for dinner, and the staff were all wonderful. the rooms were newly renovated and very practical, comfortable, and modern. very cozy, bright, clean, nice view. had a great stay!

We were treated like family at the Eiger Guesthouse. The room was spotless and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The bunk beds provided a great value for our family of 4 and we loved our stay.

The room space is quite small for 3 persons and There’s a bit of noise from the top floor sometimes. We’re deep sleeper so this didn’t bother us so much.

Convenient location and situated close to the station! Very comfortable bed (we are 3 people sharing a double bed & bunk bed). The mattress and blanket is very comfy and we slept well during our 2 nights. Staff is very welcoming and friendly! Love the balcony as well. Shared bathroom is always clean. Overall, good quality for the price.

Murren is a beautiful place and the Eiger guesthouse was a great accommodation for our trip. The staff was amazing - thanks to Eva and some of the restaurant staff for being so friendly and helpful ! The restaurant had great food- the complimentary breakfast was good with a nice variety . The bed was comfortable and the shower was great with plenty of hot water!

Gorgeous view of stunning mountains from our room. Nice location. Right across from train station but the train was in maintenance in May so not running so it was quiet. We had to take the gondola from Stechelberg to Mürren which was a cost but cool experience. Comfortable room with fun decoration. Slept well. Friendly staff. Restaurant on site. Good experience. Recommend.

Loved Murren, very quiet and peaceful and beautiful views. Located right across from the the BLM which takes you down to the valley. Very clean and staff was very kind. Restaurant is just downstairs and is very good. Don't skip on the cheese fondue.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking. We slept like the dead. The bed was too comfortable. If it wasn’t for the mountains calling us every morning to get up and go for a hike I might of never got up. All my stress melted away with how relaxing the room was. This is a must stay hotel.

There was no air con and the only window was the door to a shared balcony. We slept with it open as we felt very safe, but possibly something to consider if travelling with children for example. Some tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge, even in a shared space, would have made this a 10/10.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and great food. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Spotlessly clean, especially the shared bathroom. Amazing views and the room was really spacious and comfortable. Felt it was good value for money in the area and the town was beautiful with some great walks.

The village is only accessable by train and cable car so it was time consuming to to to other places.

Breakfast was included, staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the new section and it was very nice. Restaurant on site offered very good food.
