Bathroom is bit dated but still functional. Faucets and drain require some adjusting to work smoothly.

Rooms are spacious and were in clean and pristine condition. Host is responsive and proactive.

The pillows were a little too soft and flat.

The location was perfect. 3 mins to the train station and 2 mins to Coop supermarket. The location was behind the bus terminal and in a quiet area slightly away from the main touristy street. The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking so easy. The beds were comfortable. The entire apartment was super clean. Loved our stay.

even though the bathroom needs a bit of updating, it is still functional and clean. the light in the bathroom could be a bit brighter

I knew the property was going to be nice, but I was taken back by the location and the view. besides the bathroom (still nice), everything is updated. I appreciated the ease of access to the apartment, the fact that we were given a toaster to use and the best thing was a FREE parking spot.

Just a small dent of mood otherwise a great stay, someone parked at our designated parking lot, no one can help except to spent $$$ to park at the nearby public parking.

The location is superb and convenient to move around. Very happy with the facilities within the unit and everyone in the family felt at home and settled in. Super happy!!

There are some silverfish spotted in the apartment. Some non stick pans would be preferred for cooking. Tv remote is not working properly.

This apartment is perfect if you want a low-cost option to stay in Grindelwald. The apartment was clean and satisfactory for our 2 night stay with all the amenities needed to cook full meals. A Coop is only a few minutes walk which is ideal when you are self catering. There are great window views of the surrounding scenery whilst also being a very short walk to the center of Grindelwald. One bedroom is upstairs with a low ceiling, ideal for kids or adults who don't mind a tight squeeze.

It could be hot during summer days especially in the upper room, no A/C or fan was available, and it was not possible to open the windows of the upper room because of mosquitos. Otherwise we had a great stay!

The apartment was very nice and perfectly located in the city center. It has a great view! It is well equipped to have a pleasant stay. Check in and check out was very straightforward.

One bathroom amongst 5 people was hard to manage but we made it work. it was difficult bringing luggage up and down the stairs. I also was unaware of one of the bedrooms being inside a loft with very low ceilings. it worked for one of my guests, otherwise it would have been very claustrophobic for the rest of us.

The property was very well kept, easy to find and very clean. I would definitely stay here again and I have already recommended to family and friends.

Just had to be careful with headroom in loft. And some confusion at start as to which was our apartment, which led to difficulty getting in, but that was solved with help from another person. Lots of cafes in town closed for holiday week.

pillows were not comfortable and the shower curtain was mildewy at the bottom, and probably time to be replaced. would have loved a couple of coffee capsules as a starter…I totally bought the wrong size at the nearby coop.

loved that it was super clean and the kitchen was full of amenities/ utensils; location was outstanding and the kids loved the loft style 2nd bedroom! my favorite part was the super strong water pressure that made the shower absolutely amazing after a long day hiking!

Check in at 4pm and check out at 10am the following day. It's unfair. Our purpose is to come all the way here for a holiday and not a business trip. We're not having a meeting at 10am which will "force" us to check out before 10am. We would like to enjoy ourselves and take time after waking up in the morning. Hence, your check out time max at 10am is unfair for me (customer). The reasonable time for check out is at 12 noon and then you have 4 hours time to clean up the room since your check in time is strict at 4pm. 4 hours time to clean the room is more than enough before the next Guest will arrive. In my opinion it is unfair if you take 6 hours of time to clean up the room from 10am to 4pm. Another input for other guests to consider, please be aware the room upstairs is very small, I suggest it is better for children and not for adults. Watch out for your head when you're going upstairs.
