It would've been nice if milk was also provided in the room to have with the teas provided. Pillows were also so flat - I did ask for a different one, but that was never followed through. The room was also excruciatingly hot, even though all radiators were off. Noise between rooms was slightly annoying, especially with the elephants living above and next to me, haha! Nonetheless, these issues mostly have easy fixes, so I'd gladly stay here again.

Loved this hotel, everything was modernly furnished and so clean. Housekeeping were brilliant, they visited twice a day and were wonderful at their jobs - thank you!! The receptionists were also great, I especially had the pleasure of speaking to Tamara for the majority of my stay - she was very kind, patient and willing to help. Breakfast was varied, they had the usual options, along with some homemade cakes/pastries. The spa area was gorgeous, I didn't use the sauna as it was a nude only zone, but the pool was lovely! My single room was great, I loved the balcony, the little sitting area, and the fact that I had both a shower and a bath (nothing like soaking in hot water after a hike). The view of the matterhorn was perfect, I even managed to take a photo of the sunrise on the tip (I was so happy, I cried). The location was also perfect, close to all the gondola stations and lots of restaurants, etc, but to be honest, in Zermatt, everything is close to everything anyway. The hotel also offers a free transfer from Zermatt train station, but this only runs until 7 pm.

The room is well designed with modern facilities. All staff members are kind and friendly. The service is impeccable, there's even a round of cleaning in the evening. Traveling alone, I had a nice surprise and was touched to receive a small cake at breakfast on my birthday. All my questions were answered and requests accommodated immediately. The pool, Spa and massage services are great. I'll definitely come back.

Hotel Eden Wellness is clearly my favorite hotel in Zermatt. Superb mountain views, beautiful rooms, great wellness area with steam bath, sauna, swimming pool..., very friendly staff and a sumptuous breakfast.

Managed by the owner so there was always a personal touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal and close to most things required. The view from our room was amazing, I can only imagine how it looks when it snows.

Very clean room, great location with many restaurants and shops around, pool and massage were very good. The staff was amazing and friendly, always had an answer to our queries and helped in any way they can. Breakfast was also yummy, staff was there to give you a nice cup of coffee on request. The room is super lovely. I love every single detail of how the room was designed with so many storage yet doesn't look cramp at all with the sliding door for privacy purpose. Had a good bubble bath in the beautiful free standing bath tub. Beautiful view at the balcony overlooking Matterhorn and the village. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very relaxing stay, would highly recommend it!
