Great location but just off the main hustle and bustle. The room is big and has a small patio attached. The included breakfast was a lovely start to each morning. The staff was super helpful and accommodating.

The shower was incredibly short with the shower head only going up to at max around 5 1/2 feet (1.7 meters). Also there is no elevator so be prepared to lift your luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The room was decent size and was the balcony. The breakfast was great with a great selection of cereals, granolas, breads fruits and more. Mini fridge with drinks was available in room.

There is no lift in the hotel So we have to carry the luggage ourselves. I wish they somehome incorporate a lift there. But all in all its a good hotel and i will highly recommend

Seraina welcomed us with a big smile. She personally came to pick us up from the station. The room we were allocated was a good spacious one with a nice view of Mount Matterhorn. The weather was pleasant when we came to zermatt. It was raining a bit. The room has all the facilities. The bathroom was also spacious. Their breakfast spread is good. The hotel is managed by very good people. My compliments to the entire staff whose name I missed asking.

Was located in a perfect spot just far enough away from the centre of the village so nice and quiet, but close enough to walk to within minutes. Zermatt is car free which makes walking and biking carefree.

A lift to top floor would rate it 12 out of 10.

Outstanding view Close to town centre but very quiet and peaceful. Staff were wonderful and couldn't have asked for more.

Everything was wonderful. Room spacious, bed comfy! After skiing taking Après on the balcony staring at the Matterhorn was epic. We loved our stay!

Everything was perfect

First impressions were how friendly and accommodating the staff were - they went above and beyond. The breakfast was exceptional, the room was spacious and clean, the hotel was well situated (very good restaurants nearby, in fact both the ski lifts were in walking distance)

Beauty and high standards

There was no elevator, which could be an issue for some people with mobility issues. The shuttle bus could’ve been closer but really a five minute walk to the shuttle bus is pretty good. The shuttle bus took you to any of the three major lifts accessing the Zermatt ski area.

The breakfast was fabulous. Huge variety of cereals, fruits, fruit salad, yogurts, meats, cheeses, and scrambled eggs. Superb coffee. The room was clean and bright. The bathroom was fabulous with a huge bathtub and nice strong hot shower. And of course, the view of the Matterhorn from the room was spectacular.

Difficult to find!

Comfy room, a little oldish but very alpine, good bed. Nice breakfast, very well-heated room. Nice service. The Matterhorn view from the shower! Very good value for money. A few minutes on foot from the Kirchbrücke shuttle bus stop. Very well-centered, 10 minutes on foot from the station, in a quiet part of Zermatt.

There was nothing not to like.

The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was great and delicious. Our balcony looked directly onto the Matterhorn, as we had booked the balcony room with Matterhorn view.
