We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandWe were on the second floor so the lack of a lift needs to be taken into account. this did not worry us but might concern some travellers.
This hotel is part way up the Grand San Bernadino Pass on the Swiss side. It is in a very small town but in a beautiful location. It is a small hotel with good facilities. The breakfast was very good. There are limited eating facilities in the town.

IsraelStayed 1 night, 2 hikers. Hotel du Gd-St-Bernard is ideal as a starting point for tour des Combines (TDC) hikers. It is 6 km hiking from Mille Hut. It has a bar, breakfast, lunch and dinner services. The room was very spacious and cosy and the beds were comfortable, WiFi is good in both dining room and sleeping room. The hotel is 10-20 minutes by car from great st Bernard pass and it has a bus station next to it (both to the pass and Orsières).

United KingdomOne of the poorest hotels i have had the misfortune to stay at in the last 40 years. Run down dark and dingy. Locked out when i went for a meal across the road as the hotel restaurant was closed. Bedding was old and dark and the pillows provided were appalling. There were flies everywhere none more so than at breakfast where they were all over the bread! Nothing of interest in liddes a very quiet small village, but if desperate it will serve as a stop over.
Location was good as i was travelling to northern italy.

The food was very good in the restaurant for supper and breakfast.
