Shared bathroom and toilet was the only drawback but wasn't busy so not a real problem.

Comfortable room with a fridge and coffee making facilities, large comfortable bed.

Whilst this is not the staffs fault, the pillows in the room were certainly not to my liking. They are so soft that folding the 2 pillows I had to stack them didn't even do the trick. I had quite an uncomfortable nights sleep because of this. The bed itself was nice. So my advice would be to bring your own pillow.

The hotel was situated in the town centre, restaurants in the immediate vicinity and the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful! Just to note if you plan to visit Switzerland, you'll need the correct plug adaptor!

Check-in was friendly and helpful. Room was a nice comfortable room for a one nice stay to catch the train next day and it was in easy walking distance to the hotel. Later checkout and helpful reception who allowed us to leave our bags behind the desk until we went to catch the afternoon train.

What we didn’t like. Entryway has two levels of stairs and no lift available. Very awkward trying to get heavy luggage up to check in. Room was nice but remodeling was still in progress. Did like friendly staff and nice restaurant for evening dinning .

Although there was a kettle in the room there was no tea or coffee. Beds were a bit hard for us but that's personal preference. No bar at the hotel and we arrived late so didn't want to have to leave to seek out anywhere for a quick night cap. Room was also very hot with no a/c or fan.

We liked the close proximity to the railway station and town centre. It was walking distance and easy to find. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. we had an early start so had breakfast ( extra charge) which was plentiful with a good range of choices.

Close to transportation. The hotel is under construction, and the room was remodeled recently, clean but very small room for the price charged. The hotel needs a lot of work from entrance to reception and elevator. Breakfast was ok.

Everything was very good. We think the renovations of our room were nicely done. We had the church bells ringing, which we didn't mind, and they ceased at a very reasonable 9pm. You do have to carry bags to the first floor reception. However, they are more than happy to assist with this. You just need to let them know. We were earlier than we expected to be. The staff checked to see if our room was ready, and it was, so we were in our room, unpacked and off to explore Chur. Marcel and staff are terrific.

The room was beautiful but no AC and was so HOT almost impossible to sleep, no air circulation, and the mattress a bit soft, so the combination didn't made a good night sleep.

It was really hot with no aircon or fan. Switzerland seem to have dissolving pillows that disappear while we both need shoulder / neck support. No spare pillows in the room. The elevator was good to have but tricky to use.

The approach to the room through the hotel wasn't that prepossessing but the actual room was ideal. It was a little noisy in the evening, but we didn't mind that very much. A lot of church bells, too!

We loved staying here. The view from our window was a beautiful one of church tower and mountain. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, and it turned out to be one of our favourite places to stay on our trip (out of 6). We didn't try the breakfast, as we had an early train.
