Great place in the center of Chur, close to many restaurants, shopping area and the historical area. Staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was also fantastic.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, scrambled eggs and bacon not replenished. No coffe/tea making facilities in the room. Wash basin in the bedroom, not in the bathroom.

Excellent location, within walking distance of the train station and close to the old town.

The address is wrong. We went to the address and the door was locked. It looked empty inside. We thought it was out of business. Fortunately a person passed by told us that the front door is around the corner.

The configuration was strange, it made it hard to move around the room and to use the wardrobe. Walking up the first flight of stairs was a lot with stroller but doable.

Beds were comfy and room was very clean.

Dear Host: We enjoyed our stay, but have a problem we hope you can help us with. I don’t think it is fair that we have to spend hours trying to match booking.com charges with the properties at which we stayed. On our recent trip we used 12 different booking.com properties, however, when booking.com charged our credit card account it did not provide the name of the hotel, the confirmation number, or any other identifying information to help us compare the amount that was charged to the amount that was quoted when we booked. This makes it difficult if not impossible to determine whether or not we were charged the proper amount or not. Please ask booking.com to provide identifying information for each charge made to us so that we can confirm the amount charged was consistent with the amount quoted for each individual property. I have tried every which way and the other to reach booking.com and they make themselves next to impossible to reach by phone, e-mail, text or other means. It is difficult for us to complete our review of your property not knowing if we ended up being billed properly. . Thank you. It was expensive, but prices are high there. (Stores closed on Sunday.)

The breakfast was above average. The bed was also above average. We enjoyed the Bernia Express and going up Brambrüesch mountain on the cable car.

Lovely stay on our travels between Switzerland and Austria. Clean and comfortable with welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and very conveniently located in the heart of the old town and just a 10 minute walk to the rail station. We enjoyed our time in Chur and discovering the charm of its historic heart.

The room at top floor was recently remodeled with strong smell from new paint that we had to open windows to get fresh air.
