I have bad knees and there are stairs to the reception area. From reception there is a small lift to the upper floors. It is mentioned in the description but I misunderstood it as first floor is the ground floor in some countries

There are steps to get to reception so not great for access if you are less mobile. The restaurant is not open every evening so do make sure you check as it doesn’t match with one of the signs on the door.

The location was good. It was easy to reach the old town and the shopping area. The hotel has a nice restaurant. The breakfast is good, mainly cold food, but a small amount of hot as well. Clean and functional room. The blond lady on reception with glasses was super efficient.

The place could really use a facelift all over. The staff was barely present. The hotel restaurant was supposed to be open on Sunday evening but wasn’t.

The hotel is doing renovations on the top floor where we had our room. Thus we had a brand new and large room while avoiding the renovation noise because we were there in the weekend. It is conveniently located at the edge of the old town and within 10’ from the train station. Breakfast was good.

The beds were not comfortable (spring) The rooms were recently renovated, which means they smelled like paint and forces us to leave the windows open (which is loud outside)

The reception was on the first floor, up a couple of flights of stairs from street level. There was an elevator from that area to access the upper floors, but it was extremely small (holding just one person plus a suitcase). The room was opposite a church steeple where bells chimed at regular intervals. However, with the window closed, this noise was not obvious.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old part of town and itself is in a renovated old building showing a few traces of the original wooden beams. While a bit cramped for space, the bedroom was of adequate size for a couple for one night, as was the bathroom.

So hot in the rooms despite being cool outside. Requested temperature be lowered but there was no change.

As me and my partner have big luggages and that the ground floor up to reception is without lift, we have no choice but to move our luggages up using staircase.

We love the hotel that located at the old town of Chur. The room is cosy and the breakfast was great! They have friendly staffs who recommended some places that we could visit during our very short stay in Chur. Its a quiet town with not many tourists. Feel very relax to be in Chur.

Very small elevator, but ok for the 2 of us and our bags.

Great restaurant downstairs, and we got 10% off for staying in the hotel. Big room and nice views. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to the train station. It is right in the beautiful Old Town. There was construction going on on our floor, so that is the only reason it didn't get a 10. Hopefully, that will be done soon.

Great hotel located within walking distance from train station. Good staff service - allowed us to keep luggage at the store room. All facilities in the room working well. Slept comfortably well. There is a restaurant in same building- worth trying the food, but looks a bit costly

There is a restaurant across the road, so if your room is on that side, and if you leave your window open, you get a bit of noise from them.

I stayed in a triple room, and it was perfectly fine, at an affordable price. I'd stay again. Only 10 mins walk from the train station.

There is no lift to the reception on the first floor although it didn't bother us unduly.

Good quiet location with view of the mountains. Plainly decorated but functional bedroom with comfortable bed. Easy to walk to town & railway station. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Having to climb stairs to the first floor reception. The initial impression with a tired looking carpet on the stairs wasn’t very good.

The room, 51 (4th floor) was one of the refurbished rooms. Work is still going on so the corridor outside the room did not look very attractive (plastic over carpet). The shower was excellent. The hand basin was in the bedroom but was fitted in a unit with plenty of storage space for sponge bags etc. A fridge was provided but no facilities to make a hot drink. The staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and liked the hotel location in the old town. It was quiet and only a short walk to the rail station.

Good value for price and still close to the rail station - a 10 minute walk. Nice restaurant across the street.
