Modern take on a Swiss hotel. The views are just stunning

The hotel is somewhat old. The road to the hotel by car is a bit difficult due to the uphill route. The balcony needs cleaning. There is no soundproofing (this was the biggest issue I faced). There is no air conditioning (though the weather was pleasant, so I didn’t need it). There is no supermarket near the hotel.

The check-in process at the hotel was very quick. The reception staff were very respectful, friendly, and always willing to help at any time. The breakfast was very good. The hotel view was very beautiful. There is a bus station that takes you to the center of Interlaken, with buses running approximately every hour, and the station is very close—only 100 meters from the hotel. The apartment size is excellent. The beds are comfortable.

hallways and some public areas were quite dated - needed to be refreshed.

View was excellent, staff were friendly, helpful and, responsive. Facilities for kids were good. The restaurant had a nice selection and good for kids too - breakfast had an extensive and healthy selection.

I've read that the breakfast buffet was exceptional, there is a lot of choices but the taste of the food is disappointing. If you have dinner at the restaurant, I recommend the A la carte menu more than the half-board. The wine list needs a refresh!

Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming, however there are some staff that changes their attitude based on your skin color and it is so obvious.

Everything was amazing. I don’t know where to start so i will only comment on the location and the breathtaking sceneries wherever you turn your head. The hotel is overlooking the lake and part of the city from a high elevation. When u look far across you see the High mountains skyline which adds to the beauty there. A must visit and stay place for Interlaken visitors

There is no luggage service in the hotel, and the room cleaning servise is limited to change the blankets and towers and garbage.

Cleanliness could've been slightly better in our room, it wasn't bad but definitely room for improvement here and there in places. But that's just being little bit picky

We had a family room on the ground floor, with an incredible view. Good family room. Exceptionally good breakfast, seriously nice! Very very helpful staff also. Good facilities for a family with pool and multiple sauna areas. Great overall experience. The location of the hotel is truly something special. We would love to return again. Good public transport on the hotel doorstep, very convenient. Good parking also on hotels premises.

The staff at restaurant can be rude sometimes … however, Erika at the restaurant was very nice and helping, but other staff seem rude. The comfort duplex apartment is not comfortable at all. Very small bathrooms and it can get hot and they do not provide fans (only one fan was provided which wasn’t enough as we had 2 rooms!

Location is amazing if you have a car. Stunning views.

Kitchen closets and drawers were locked and you can't use the kitchen amenities until you pay extra CHF 40. I don't see this wise and professional for a lovely hotel. Especially when you come in with family and have kids.

Rating goes high to staff, who was very helpful and supportive, location, which was a bit away from the touristy busy spots in Interlaken, and views which were fantastic and breath taking. The hotel also has free on spot parking which made real difference and this is something rare in Swiss. The kids loved the playground area as well as the mini golf. It keeps them busy throughout the day.

There were few days that were really warm, even though the bedroom windows were fully open, it could get a bit warm. I would recommend to provide a fan in the rooms.

Beautiful location, serene and peaceful. Parking isn’t an issue as there are lots of spots In front of the hotel or in the garage. The views are great from the duplex apartment balcony. Can’t go wrong with the breakfast served and the food in the restaurant, loved every bit of it.

Just needed to provide milk and sugar so Evnthough if you get to property late don’t need to go down and ask for milk

Property was in really good location and easy to do so many activities with spending money or just stay in hotel and lots of scenic walk or spend time in hotel. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

The location is a bit away from the town; but, it is not a big deal if you have a car. Bus service is also available. The station is next to the hotel door.

Exactly choice for families. Big rooms. The view is wonderful. Having a small kitchen that has all necessary stuff was excellent.
