We loved it! The room was very comfortable, the restaurants and food were great. It’s a very nice alternative to enjoy the baths and swimming pools. I was planning to go with my dog, and they prepared even plates and a snack for her (at the end we decided no to take her with us, but it was such a nice detail). The staff at the pizza rest. Was not very friendly… but everything else it was great!

Unfortunately the pools were quite crowded during the week-end, but this was expected. I was slightly worried about my son spending time on the room terrace as the wood has quite a few splinters, but luckily he was fine. The (clearly) used towels crumpled near the floor could have been changed a bit more generously, or at least refreshed - the rest of room service and cleaning was irreproachable though.

The rooms were spacious, breakfast was perfectly adequate and the access to the Bains absolutely lovely. The temperature of the various pools was also great for our 1year old. Portions in the restaurants were extremely generous. The hotel is family friendly. We promptly found a cot on our arrival in the room, which isn't so frequent, so thank you!

Rooms 212 and 214 the bathrooms were clean just the minimum or I can say shover area not clean in the 212 was worst.The two breakfast chefs were arguing between them in front of us and didn't pay attention in our needs.

Experience very good ,swimming pools and all other outdoor facilities.Beds very comfortable and breakfast having a different food choices.

This time, the price of the room was more than before and we were placed in the worst one ever; in a mansard room, with a very little triangle window placed very high and that only opened to a tilt. The ceiling was wooden and very low. These together made the room very stuffy, impossible to air and not very nice to stay in.

We have stayed in this hotel several times over the course of 10 years. We have always enjoyed our stay as it is comfortable, in a very nice surrounding, a perfect relaxation.

It's getting a bit crowdy during daytime with slightly too many kids, but mornings and evenings are very pleasant.

We stayed in the older part of the hotel but the rooms were very comfortable, clean and good size with comfy bed and great view from the balcony. Access to pools on check-in and check-out date for a whole day and towels are provided before check-in so no need to bring yours. The breakfast was excellent with a big variety for everyone's taste. We loved dinner in "La Basserie", nice staff, the ribs to die for and big portions making sure you wont leave hungry! We also enjoyed the thermal baths, hammams and saunas. We highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Sometimes too many at the pool nd not always with thw best fair-play... Sometimes even with a somewhat rude play... Maybe part of the season and period... Not actually under the staff control even if they tried many times... Not the most confortable room in my opinion and compared to others but it might also be a personal opinion... Could have a bit more consumables available or higher quantity but can understand the reason or strategy behind....

They can put the minibar content (non-alcoholic) in the price of the room. The cod they gave us for my kid was too small.

This time we stayed in the new part of the hotel in a Delux room. It makes a big difference between this and the old part. The old part was clean, but furniture and facilities were outdated.

The room, which we stayed in was from the old part of the hotel. Although it was very clean, the interior showed its age. The more modern rooms, which are in the new part of the hotels are more expensive.

Very clean, staff was very friendly. We liked the fact that you can use the SPA facilities on the day of the check-out.

We booked 2 different rooms: the biggest one was big and cosy, with a nice balcony but didn’t come with sun-blocking curtains, while the other was small and gloomy in a attic, but no problem with the strong wallis sunlight up there at least. For the breakfast we wished they offered more local sourced products and not your average cheap industrial portion: butter, ham etc.

The stay at the hotel would let us in the thermal baths, conveniently located & beautifully surrounded by cliffs and mountains. Breakfast was impressive in terms of choice
