The location is really not on the main street, between the main seasons other facilities are rare even Restaurant are closed.

The staff was very friendly, the whole place was absolutely clean, big rooms.

The hotel was a bit old-fashioned for my liking, and the menu was only in French. The waitress was clueless about what was on offer for dinner. We had to rely on Google translator to understand the menu even quicker than the waitress.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning,amongst the lush green forests, and the clean, cool breezy air was the best place to wind down after a long drive. Nestled amongst the mountains is the perfect place for nature lovers.The views were breathtaking!!

Entire hotel feels a little rundown. Breakfast was not exceptional. Access to the bains is really expensive (we knew in advance that it was not included in the price).

View from the room and balcony over the Rhone valley. Size of the room: 3-bedroom apartment was very comfortable. Location: lots of fun sights (such as taking the télésiège to La Jorasse and hiking from there, or the suspension bridge a little lower).

We had to park a distance away in full sun as our van wouldn’t fit in the underground car park, being 2m high. On leaving we were charged extra for our dog and also the ‘city tax’, only afterwards I realised we had been overcharged. It should have been explained that there are extra charges as I was taken by surprise on this.

Room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony. Great shower and kitchen very useful too. Breakfast was superb with a great selection.

Rooms outdated, feels like you stepped back into the 80's.

Nice location in the mountains. The newer spa area is really good, but you have to pay extra to use any of the pool or spa areas.

The rate used to include the Bains and it no longer does. Slippers are not included anymore with the robe and this information was not given so we needed to go the Bains in our snow boots! In the past it was a good value for the stay, which included the Bains. Due to the decline in service and price no longer including the bains, it is no longer a good value.

It was not about the property but for booking. It Is not clear enough that the Bains were not included in the rent. I am not going to a hotel with Bains… and not enjoying the Bains I had to pay extra for the access to the hotel I also had to pay for the city tax when in booking reservation said all taxes included

twin bed not comfortable (it's a foldable bed), spa could upgrade some of its facilities which are getting really old, lack of accurate information before entering the spa (how to use the lockers and the fact that you must bring in an extra towel), breakfast buffet is big and varied but the medium quality

Shower needs some repair (showerhead is loose) and bathtube drain was partially plugged up.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 teenager (13) and received a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and two bathrooms which was perfect for us. The rooms where a bit old fashioned furnished and decoration in the 80s style and the bathrooms need some renovation but overall we liked the accomodations.

Stayed for one night in a cozy warm studio, the sofa-bed was surprisingly comfortable. Our room also had two smaller beds. Water pressure is great. It definitely hasn't been renovated for a long time, but it has its charm. Breakfast buffet was good, and the spa was great. Loved our stay.

they don't allow baby strollers at the pools, and I was with a 6-month-old baby. That's why this absurd rule, when I was there, I had to constantly hold her in my arms because there was nowhere to leave her to sleep and I couldn't bathe together with my other children. the stupid thing is that you can't take pictures. My children are swimming and they remark that I'm taking pictures? Is this a barracks or a hotel? This is the first time something like this has happened to me and you really feel like a criminal and punished sitting with a baby in your arms. we paid much more expensive for additional fees that were not mentioned before the stay. I really regret that we chose this hotel!

The room was a bit noisy, can hear the neighbors. The restaurant is not bad but they could do a bit better with little extra effort. The breakfast was a bit boring.

The room size was really large for a flat in the résidence Les Cascades. It also has a terrace outside. The access to the bath is not always included in the price but it was for me. The baths are nice with indoor and outdoor pools and sauna/hammam. Breakfast was included but it wasn't that great tbh.
