Loved the location which close to the railway station and accessible to all the attractions. The hotel itself has the ambience and looks like it was just recently renovated. It feels like living in a log cabin. Breakfast has a varieties of choices more than other hotels I recently visited. Would love to utilize this hotel again if I am back in the area.

The hotel location was right next to Grindelwald train station. It has ample car park. Rooms were super comfy. Breakfast was nice and sufficient. The hospitality by the staffs were excellent. When you check in they give a discount voucher for adventures in Grindelwald and also free bus travel within Grindelwald until your stay at hotel. Definitely worth it for family’s.

It was a little noisy in the mornings and our morning coffee on our balcony was spent looking at other people on their balconies enjoying the Mountain View’s😂. If we knew what room we would get we probably wouldn’t have stayed here.
Adorable hotel, nice breakfast each morning, restraunt was very good and convenient. Our room was large and had plenty of room for three adults. The balcony was large!

South KoreaI booked 2 rooms for 3 Adult 1 room and a room for 2 adult 1 room, but for a room for 2 you have to take the elevator like a rooftop room and go up the stairs one more time. However, the staff will carry the carrier directly in this process as well.
Both the service of the hotel staff and the hotel condition were satisfactory. Especially, View was the best.

Singapore1. The standing fan was less powerful. 2. One of the staff at the breakfast place was less friendly. When we asked for an extra cup of hot water, he rejected us and told that they can only refill. But luckily another lady staff was kind enough to gave us an extra cup of hit water. But I would still strongly recommend this property :)

United StatesOur room was on the 5th floor which doesn't actually exist - you access it via a narrow spiral staircase from the 4th floor. The porter brought our luggage up which otherwise would have been difficult. Also being on the top floor the room has a tendency to get hot during the day (our visit was in July) but the windows were large so it was easy to cool the room at night.
Excellent location right at the train station. Despite the proximity the noise was not bothersome. The breakfast buffet was very good as well.
