Some of the facilities could use some renovation and are a bit old but this did not really detract from our enjoyment of our time there. The staff were also a mix of friendly and helpful resources and unhelpful individuals. Also, I strongly recommend booking reservations for dinner in advance in the town (including if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant).

The hotel was in a great location- centrally located and easy to walk to from the bus station. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel each morning and the thermal bath facilities in the hotel were wonderful- very relaxing and accessible for families.

We stayed in the room right next to the one I had last time. This one was less nice somehow. The window rubbed the curtain rod when opening. The mattresses slipped apart. The television arm thing was kind of janky. The window in the shower is poorly resolved. It was a good trip but room 301 does not present the hotel in its best light.

My wife and I were there for the pools and some hiking on this trip. I stayed in this hotel in September. I must have been sufficiently satisfied to return. Nothing in particular stood out for the good on this trip.

No coffee or tea facility in the room.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good, plenty of choice although coffee was lukewarm in the cannister, thankfully the staff provided us with fresh coffee separately. The location was perfect as we wanted to have direct access to the Alpentherme facilities.

1. It was difficult to find the reception at the beginning. We got lost a bit.

I paid 270 usd per night without parking, no spa access and very poor breakfast. For 270usd i would expect at least fresh omelet, fresh crunchy bread, bigger choice of cheeses. Definitely breakfast not worth the hotel..

The room was advertised as having coffee facilities. However, this was not the case. Reception provided a kettle to heat the water for a drink.

The location itself is a little hard to get to without a car. Luckily, there's a bus every hour from the train station in Leuk.

The bed was so soft and comfortable! The staff let us check in an hour early without any problems. The hotel is connected to the thermal spa by underground walkways. The spa is an extra charge, the hotel pool is not. Was a great place to rejuvenate on the way back from a long hiking holiday. Plenty of restaurants in town.

Staff at the checking did not match the expectation of the required staff for a four stars hotel. Regarding your luggage, you have to improvise. Pictures of the hotel are confusing regarding the thermal bath, showed are the Alpentherm which are not included on your reservation.

The village, the environment, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, a very Swiss charming quiet place. Breakfast in the morning is excellent.

Given the value for money, the price of the room was too high. This hotel has nothing of a 4-star hotel. The hotel is old and not maintained. No slippers for the spa. Hotel spa not maintained (Walliser Therme as well). Some of the showers not working at the hotel spa and no electricity.

Real bad smell in one of the room; Glass door of the shower shattered in million pieces cutting seriously hands and feet. Apparently, the 3rd time that happened; Staff really not welcoming and no one to provide a first aid kit. In compensation (after having written to the direction) they offered us a voucher to come back one night... no thanks!
