We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, super helpful with clearing up confusion and helped a lot in the journey to the actual hotel. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful and large suite which was excellent, the interior and size was great and the balconies were very lovely and pleasant to sit out on. The location of the hotel was also great and everything was a few minutes walk. Cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for accommodation in Zermatt, super kid friendly hotel and the receptionists and staff were so incredibly kind and made our stay very memorable.

Reasonably priced laundry service also meant a fresh change of clothes as we were nearing the end of our trip. Fresh squeezed orange juice and pastries were also a lovely way to start the days!

An American, having spent the past two years wandering across Europe ... 21 countries, 60 cities, 90+ hotels. The experience I had at Hotel Daniela topped them all. The hotel itself is expensive ( ALL Swiss hotels are ), well-furished, and well-located near the heart of town. But it's the staff who make this hotel " one of a kind " ... gracious, personable, charming, and professional. To management ... you are commended for recognizing that in Tanja, Lena, Victoria, and others I met there. To potential guests ... you can possibly find places a little less expensive, but nowhere NEAR the warm hospitality !
