Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

For example, we had cloths to wash and there was the laundry team there than also did a good job and our cloths were nicely washed and ironed and handed over to us. Staying in the rooms gave us a nice feeling of how the local people stay in their houses in zermatt.

Exceptionally good hotel all round. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast included in price, which seemed pretty good for Zermatt. The spa facilities were brilliant (large hot tub, sauna, and steam room), along with complementary use of pool in partner hotel nearby if desired. Nice touches were the provision of complementary lifts to and from the station, and afternoon cakes and fruit in the lounge. A really enjoyable stay.

We like everything of this hotel ! The reception was super friendly and useful. The room was modern but still with the traditional style of Switzerland. Free cakes and croissants in the afternoon. A nice chocolate gift in the room makes us welcome. We also love the breakfast, they almost have everything we want with good qualities. Prefect location: walking distance to the Main Street ,but in a quiet area.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and was excellent in every way. The staff were great and able to help with specific requests that we had. The rooms were well equipped with quality linen and pillows. Our room had a Nespresso machine, and this was very welcome after our trip to Zermatt. We also enjoyed the access to the large and well-fitted sauna. The shuttle from the train station was on time and they delivered our luggage back to the station when we departed.

ItalyI only had the time to appreciate this venue for less than 24 hours, so I was not able to spot any great area of improvement - except that Zermatt is confirmed to be very expensive (not specifically Hotel Daniela, but - as obvious - is aligned)
Despite arriving very late, the host managed to leave all the instructions to access the room. The hotel is definitively worth 4 stars, rooms are large and cozy, with a very nice bathroom and shower: A perfect place for relax and head for slopes. Very "hygge" place, full of red/gray forniture and accessories - with plenty of hearts everywhere. Breakfast was excellent! I reall enjoyed our stay, and I'll come back to Hotel Daniela for a longer stay
