Our ground floor room was a little dark. But it would be cosy in winter.

Spacious, comfortable room in the building next door, all newly fitted out and smelling of freshly sawn wood. Good bicycle storage. Lovely and helpful staff. Restaurant serves delicious Swiss food. Lovely garden and roof terrace.

My daughter did not like the fact that the bathroom door was glass, so there was no privacy in the bathroom.

The breakfast was the best we had during our three week stay. Besides the breakfast buffet you could also order homemade waffles, eggs, omelet, bacon and sausage.

Crusch Alba is a beautiful, rustic lodge. The rooms are comfortable and updated. We had great views of the mountains. The food at breakfast and dinner was outstanding. All the staff went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. A first rate experience all around.

The wooden bar above the bed is a bit inconvenient. In the morning the street sounds can be a bit loud. Furthermore all great!

Pls clarify on your website that it has no swimming pool as it indicated that it had Spa facility which wasn't the case.

There's really nothing that we didn't like.

It's an amazing hotel (definitely more comfy than 3 stars would suggest) in a great region. Room was spacious and spotless, with really comfy beds. We couldn't hear our neighbors, and we hope they didn't hear our kid reenacting all songs from Mary Poppins. Breakfast is made to order and it's super delicious. Everything served was fresh and tasty. They had a choice for everyone in the family, including the grumpy toddler.

The room sealing in the middle is below 1.8m, so I hit the head once. It's a little frustrating having the head always down when in the room.

The staff was helpful and very kind. The restaurant in the Hotel is very good, you must try it at least once.

Nothing really ! Maybe that there was no lift and a few stairs, so not buggy friendly.

Staff was fantastic! They made us feel at home, went the extra mile to accommodate our needs, wherher to provide place in the restaurant for our big group or find cinnamon for the morning coffee! Breakfast was also outstanding and rooms beautifully furnished. And they even have a nespresso coffee machine in every room!

The location, the hotel is located at the main road so difficult to sleep with windows open during the summer.

Very cosy hôtel, excellent and spacious family room with a nice mountainous touch. The restaurant was surprisingly good, gourmand type with rare dishes. The garden behind was wonderful with great view on the mountains, nice place to rest after a day of hiking.

Very clean hotel with comfortable and newly furnished rooms, spacious enough for a long weekend. Fun and friendly owner, trying to make sure that even solo travellers are having a blast on Saturday night. Immense breakfast buffet, with a stunning view on the mountains. I will definitely come back soon!

On main road, with traffic noise but windows are thick and doing the isolation job

Location is close to the Swiss National Park, in the middle of canton Grischun. The name of the hotel Crusch Alba means White Cross, basically the Swiss Flag. The restaurant is excellent, both the generous breakfast and the fancy dinner. The personnel is professional and kind, we felt very welcome and we were very well served! Kudos!
