You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It did but he was rather aggressive towards her as she knew it had gone through and he did not believe her .he asked me to pay her bill for her as she would not . I said no Not good from a man who is usually friendly having been there three years in a row.

Cresta Hotel is a very nice, family-run hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to me as well as my dog. Personal touch from check-in to check-out. The room was a good size and comfortable, good beds, modern bathroom and very clean. Breakfast is basic. but good quality. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the skilift, and in the centre of the town. Some free parking for hotel guests available, alternatively parking lot available for 10 CHF a day next to the hotel.

It's a very nice hotel, intimate, good breakfast, tasty restaurant (I ate once a la carte), very close to the train station (walking distance). I was in a spacious and refurbished room and bathroom, with balcony, facing a park, comfortable bed and good shower (strong jet and warm water).

Very helpful staff. We were allowed to check out after skiing to be able to take a shower, all w/o upcharge. Easy to reach the cable car on a walking distance. We kept our car at the car park of the community in front of the hotel. Approx. SFR 10.- for a day.

The location is excellent. A five-minute walk to the station Klosters Platz. Bus stop very near the hotel to the gondola station. Breakfast is good. A breakfast buffet is available. ItalyThe forniture was quite old and not so clean, the towels were like home towels and not suitable for a hotel. Some things should have been repaired in the bathroom. The worst was however the breakfast: no hygiene, most of cups and dishes had not been washed properly and as I tried eating the smoked salmon, I could definitely tell it was not good anymore! This is scary and it's absolutely a no go for me! As last point: I asked via booking to adjust the reservation. Got only 'yes' as reply, and then the guy asked me three times more during our stay about the changes that I had asked for. For me, not worth the price.
I loved the location, which was perfect for the Madrisa Trail. The room was also quite spacious and with a small terrace which was quite nice to have
