I when my friend paid the bill the owner said it did not gonthrough . It did but he was rather aggressive towards her as she knew it had gone through and he did not believe her .he asked me to pay her bill for her as she would not . I said no Not good from a man who is usually friendly having been there three years in a row.

Cresta Hotel is a very nice, family-run hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to me as well as my dog. Personal touch from check-in to check-out. The room was a good size and comfortable, good beds, modern bathroom and very clean. Breakfast is basic. but good quality. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the skilift, and in the centre of the town. Some free parking for hotel guests available, alternatively parking lot available for 10 CHF a day next to the hotel.

Simple but everything you need. This is without comparison the friendliest hotel staff I have come across. We arrived late and the still organized dinner for us, helped us with parking etc. and always with a smile

It's a very nice hotel, intimate, good breakfast, tasty restaurant (I ate once a la carte), very close to the train station (walking distance). I was in a spacious and refurbished room and bathroom, with balcony, facing a park, comfortable bed and good shower (strong jet and warm water).

..its a bit dark inside, but we were there for skiing, that's it.

Very helpful staff. We were allowed to check out after skiing to be able to take a shower, all w/o upcharge. Easy to reach the cable car on a walking distance. We kept our car at the car park of the community in front of the hotel. Approx. SFR 10.- for a day.

The fridge in our room did not work. There was another fridge in the room which also did not work. The breakfast was subpar. No hot foods and limited selection.

Everything was good.

The location is excellent. A five-minute walk to the station Klosters Platz. Bus stop very near the hotel to the gondola station. Breakfast is good. A breakfast buffet is available. The Hotel restaurant is also good and the prices are very reasonable. My room was a good size, with a balcony. and it was spotlessly clean

The forniture was quite old and not so clean, the towels were like home towels and not suitable for a hotel. Some things should have been repaired in the bathroom. The worst was however the breakfast: no hygiene, most of cups and dishes had not been washed properly and as I tried eating the smoked salmon, I could definitely tell it was not good anymore! This is scary and it's absolutely a no go for me! As last point: I asked via booking to adjust the reservation. Got only 'yes' as reply, and then the guy asked me three times more during our stay about the changes that I had asked for. For me, not worth the price.

Shower head and tap were faulty. Breakfast was basic. The hotel was for sale, so everything was gradually running down. Few staff. Our stay was pleasant, but I wouldn't go to that hotel again - it was not budget priced.

Excellent! I booked the apartment 30 minutes before arriving (around lunchtime). Upon arrival, they key with my name was already lying on reception desk along with a form for me to fill out. I filled out the form, grabbed the key, put my stuff in the room and went on to hit the slopes. For someone who just wants to snowboard, sleep and do a bit of work, this hotel is an excellent choice. It was also very clean and is near both the train station and the ski lifts.
