Room heater was'nt working and even after repeated complaints there was no response.

Location is quite good. Room had basic amenities but the heater was not working. They should provide washing machine as well.

We recently booked this apartment for a stay from February 29th to March 2nd with five friends, and our experience was a mix of positive and challenging moments. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary facilities, making our stay comfortable. However, with six adults, having at least two toilets was a necessity, and the apartment met this requirement. One notable downside was the boiler's capacity, which proved insufficient after four people showered, causing inconvenience. The most significant issue we faced was with the neighbors. Upon our arrival, an elderly lady aggressively warned us about noise, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. As a group of females, we felt uneasy and unsafe throughout our stay. A major security concern arose when, on the day of our departure at 5 am, we found the main door locked by neighbors. We were only provided with an apartment key, and the lock of a main door key left us with no option but to disturb the neighbors on the first floor. Unfortunately, the man's rude response and language barrier made the situation distressing and unsafe. In conclusion, while the apartment itself had positive aspects, the issues with the boiler and the unpleasant encounters with neighbors significantly impacted our overall experience. Improved communication and addressing safety concerns would make this accommodation more suitable for future guests.

One need to purchase toiletries after moving. Getting reply from the owner is not easy and on the top of this, you cant call to him.

The communication with the owner was not good. It was difficult to get a hold of him and his communication was not clear or he did not reply to messages.

No cleanliness , Floor was dirty , we found bugs on the bed and also Spider web in the apartment. Bathroom was having mold which was very sad to see . Also no good ventilation in the bathroom. They had some strange motion detector in the bathroom due to which light will turn off automatic in 30 secs which was very irritating. Also we were not provided bed sheet.

The whole property! What you don't get told is: 1. The property is on the 3rd floor. Travelling with parents, it was difficult to get their suitcases up 2. The place was dirty! Dusty and very dirt everywhere. Floor sticky... 3. There are no amenities! No Toilet paper and you can't even use the TV?! The dishwasher is screw shut, no toaster or coffee maker even though all these are listed under facilities on Booking.com 4. The communication with the owner was pathetic. 5. The bedroom setup wasn't as per the description. The 3rd room doesn't have all 3 beds in it. Just one as it's so small! The other 2x single beds are in the lounge. 5. Ran out of hot water! As advertised for 6 people, only half of those had warm showers. 6. Bed bugs! One person got bit during the stay.

The host didn't meet us moreover he didn't take our calls and the messages were very very impolite . Never faced such behaviour before from a host. Will never recommend anyone about this.

Check-in Experience Review: When I initially contacted the main mobile phone number provided on booking.com, I was redirected to another mobile number. Upon calling this alternate number during check-in, I received an unexpected response: "Don't call this number; it's my boyfriend's day off." Consequently, I reverted to the main number and discovered that incoming calls were blocked, necessitating text communication. After a wait of 1.5 hours, I finally received an access code for the key via WhatsApp but it turned out to be incorrect. Eventually, the hotel representative arrived and attempted to open the key box without success. Subsequently, he went back and brought an alternative key, allowing us to access the hotel after enduring 2 hours in the chilly outdoor conditions.

The location is not too far from the station. That’s the only positive thing of this hotel.

We stayed in the ground flat, the room is dark, and the overall status of the room is not good, appliances seem just at the workable status. The bathroom using auto lighting, but the detector points to the wrong direction. The light turn itself off when you use bathroom or take shower.

Booked fairly late for the Jungfrau Marathon, so this one seems to be the reasonable one after some research regarding the location.

The automatic lights in the bathroom is a pain to deal with, constantly switches off even if you are moving. Its just a minor inconvenience though.

Very nice host, great location, near to Interlaken west train station, bus stops and a Lidl that is even open on sundays. Nice and clean apartment.
