We found this to be a great location for our stay apartment in Interlaken, a quick walk to the supermarket.

There was no message about how to collect the keys, we need to contact the owner to understand on how to get the keys. We were not able to make call on the provided phone number, but person is replying on the SMS(message). Toilet Flush was not working at all, one need to open the top panel to do it manually. Worst beds in the rooms. Bad smell in whole apartment.

Host was impossible to contact. Did not respond to multiple requests for information on how to access property. Luckily ran into the cleaner whilst waiting outside the property. Bedroom had no windows unlike the photos that indicated otherwise.

The property is very old and needs renovation. It is on the second floor without a lift. The host can only contacted via WhatsApp and there is a delayed response. The bathroom has no shower curtain and the flush has issues.

Top floor apartment with no lifts.not suitable for elderly people Only one key for the front door which the landlord didn't give the key number initially Though hoovered, the carpet definitely needs changing Bathroom needs to be refurbished.it has old Victorian style bath and toilet.

We knew that was a simple accommodation but many basic things were missed. The kitchenware is insufficient, no bottle opener, no glasses, no chopping board.... Not even a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, which on arrival from a long journey is appreciated (I don't think it comes to 0.30 cents). There are no items Basic kitchen utensils, sugar... coffee. Only capsule coffee machine. The lights were like hospital lights and the only light in the lounge flickered all the time, making it impossible to be there. The room is missing a bedside table and at least one lamp.

First they didn’t gave me the property which I booked . Almost 2 hours before they texted me about some issues of the property I booked later she managed to give alternative property which is so messy . Toilet is seat is broken totally . Entrance is full of rubbish . I keep inform the host but she is not helpful at all

Not a single items properly fitted to use, like lights in toilet were based on sensor basis which goes after few seconds and you have to get up or wave the hand to put back on, really it’s a very scary and foolish idea. Another a wooden stool fixed near the bedroom door which hit 3 times to my wife leg. No television in room. No electric chimney working above the induction stove.

Apartment wasn't clean there were spider and spiderwebs, in shower room there was mold, and towels were smelly. 4 ppl and only 2 decent pillows and duvet covers were also smelly. They had a sensor light in the bathroom, after 20 sec light turns off so you have to wave at the sensor, sink was so small, they installed a shelve on top of the sink so couldn't even wash a face had to use shower head. No matts on the floor so had to use towel to dry the bathroom floor. Bathroom was attached to bedroom and if you have 4 ppl they have to go through bedroom. Very disappointed I would not recommend anyone to use this apartment.

WARNING:BED BUGS Horrible experience,WORST IN MY LIFE. Invited my family of 7 (four adults + three children) to spend a nice vacation.. it was booked months ago in winter. First night, I discovered that beds full of huge BED BUGS sucking our blood and allergies to all our bodies. The owner knows about it and told me it is okay to accept it. I wanted another option, but he didn't support any other option and asked us to leave or accept it. During summer vacations, it was not easy to get another place for a big family at the last minute, but I found another hotel rooms the second day. I don't wish anyone to experience that as we as a family with children were crying from bits and throughout all clothes and bags.. everything for 7 guests and lost excursions bookings. I have pics and videos for everything, and the owner chat in deutsch.

The instruction to access the apartment was 45 minutes late given that check-in time is at 4PM. I asked if we can check in early since we got to Interlaken early but they didn't even answer even if it was a no. We ended up getting in after 5 PM which is late compared to other places. Then there is an instruction on the wall that check-out is strictly at 10AM or another night will be charged. My cousin had bad bed bug bites. Good thing we only stayed for one night.

We asked the owner multiple days in advance to contact us through booking.com since we didn't have any service during our time in Europe, but they didn't even reply until we had to borrow someone else's phone to contact them. When we arrived, there was no ac, which was informed beforehand, so that is understandable. The problem lied in everything else, half of the lights in the place didn't even work so it left a couple rooms in the dark, the beds were comfortable but had some kind of bugs in them which got half of us bitten in the morning, the floor was incredibly dirty so we had to walk around with shoes on at all times, and there is no elevator in the complex so we had to carry all of the bags by ourselves.

The only positive experience I had from this location was how close it was to the heart of the city. It is well placed among many restaurants and markets without it being a disturbance during the night. They also did provide enough beds for each person compared to other places that offer the couch as for the 5th person.
