We booked to eat in the restaurant. The young lady serving us was fantastic, but there was a problem with undercooked food. The waitress agreed with us and took the food away. Then her older colleague came over to us and very rudely stated that the food was what we had ordered. I explained that we'd ordered medium cooked beef burgers and they were raw. She curtly informed us that that was how they did them there. If the restaurant is going to use English terms then they must cook to English standards! The younger waitress was very embarrassed and the people at the table next to us shocked by this woman's attitude, which was totally unacceptable.

The room was good and clean. The breakfast was good and tasty. Location was wonderful and there were lovely walks in the area.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before (twice actually) and the staff seemed less kind than usual. They did not really interact with us (nor realised that we have stayed there before, which is not a big deal, but it would have been nice). The breakfast also seemed to decrease in quality (comparing to the winter months).

Mattress was squishy soft; room furnishings and amenities were minimal; extra CHF 20 pp breakfast was disappointing; the hallway carpets need replacing.

The receptionist was unprofessional and rude, so she completely ruined our evening. She also wanted to convince me that I had only booked for one person, despite the confirmation from the booking site I had with me. Totally unsuitable for working in tourism.

The furniture in the room was a bit run down and the spa could do with some updating like more space to rest and hangers to leave the robes/ towels.

We loved the service in general and specially our compliments to the chef of Riccardo’s. The location is absolutely stunning.

The check-in receptionist on arrival was rather unwelcoming. The bathroom lacked storage space and the lighting was poor. A fridge in the room would have been convenient along with a kettle to make tea.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient. The food was enjoyable and the service was friendly. The breakfast provided was also satisfactory. The location was convenient and close to surrounding towns and attractions.

The parking is indeed an issue (as many other reviews pointed out), but they make an effort to offset that. Location is ok, but not the most convenient. You do need a car. 10min drive from St Moritz and not a super easy walk to the lift at Sils, but manageable

Room ia very comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff. They understand their parking limitations and they were very helpful to make it the least annoying as possible. Good valuable package for lift pass. And staff at the reception were super helpful to us

Beds were quite hard (or we are not used to such). Ventilator in toilet can be annoying if you get up in the night, but nothing bad.

Very good breakfast as well as dinner in the restaurant a'la carte. Very calm neighborhood. Reception openly told us that we can park in front of hotel for 12.- or go to underground parking (100m) which is in November for free.
