We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe liked everything. If we had to offer a suggestion possibly they might consider blockout blinds for the bedroom for those who like to sleep in late. We on the other hand were very happy to wake to bird song and the dawns early light. We loved everything.
Everything. Our hosts were personable, thoughtful and kind; the accommodation was clean and comfortable and it was close (5 ~ 7 mins) to trains, buses, 2 x local convenience stores. Awakening each morning to significant quantities of local birds was a treat and overall the sense of calm from the accommodation was tangible.

Property is in the local neighbourhood where you will find lots of swiss chalets and local people and we really liked the fact that we got a chance to stay around local people and in traditional swiss chalet. I would definately recommend to stay here.

EVERYTHING. THE PROPERTY WAS OUTSTANDING, INCLUDING THE VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS. WE WERE PICKED UP AND DROPED OFF AT THE TRAIN STATION. WAY BEYONE ANYONE'S EXPECTATION. SORRY WE DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE TO TALK MORE ABOUT THE OUTER HEBRIDES.

Barbara and Jorg were like our parents. Took good care and also picked up and dropped us at the train station. They were very kind, and we felt like staying home away from home. The kitchen and utensils were immaculate. The dishwasher was a bonus as we like to cook. There are plenty of other groceries like sugar and salt coffee, dishwasher tablets, cleaning stuff etc. Migros, the train and bus station is just 5 mins away. Balcony has amazing views of the mountains. Super comfy 🙂

South AfricaWe felt that the place could improved if there is an option for firmer pillows and block out curtain in the bedroom.
We really liked Barbara's and Jorg's attention to details. Every need was catered for. All the facilities were easy to find and use. The place is spacious, with lot of natural lighting, and very clean (including all the kitchen utensils). The owners are so friendly and they took extra miles to take care of us (like fetching us and taking us to the train station, chocolates in the fridge, etc). The surrounding is peaceful and felt very safe. The train station and grocery store are only a short walk away.
