We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandComfortable, spacious, very clean room. Gabi and Fritz are super nice and helpful hosts. Great location, close to the train station, at the same time very calm and beautiful, the only "noise" comes from the river nearby. It's so much better than the crowded Interlaken where we stayed 1 year earlier. Good breakfast with local products. And we got a small gift for our child! If you want to stay in this area, it's going to be hard to find a better place.

Spacious, recently renovated room. Loved that we had a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was delicious and utilized local cheeses.

United KingdomBathroom is opposite the bedroom in an area also used by the owner. Not an issue but not as private as we would prefer. It would have been nice to have a garden area to sit it but the seats provided were good for the space available
Spotlessly clean, comfortable.very hospitable owners and staff. Good breakfast choice. Bowl of fruit and chocolate on arrival. Plenty of tourist information and helpful hints from Gabi and Fritz. The mini fridge was ideal for keeping our drinks and small food items chilled. Comfortable bed and great shower Good views of the Eiger and Munch from the breakfast area.

Chalet Gafri is located in a rural suburb of Interlaken, and the Interlaken train station is just a short ride away on the local train. The guesthouse is surrounded by a lovely garden, and beyond that, forests and green fields. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was good and satisfying. The hospitality from our hosts, Fritz and Gabi, was warm and friendly. They ensured we lacked for nothing and provided us with helpful advice on trips in the area. We enjoyed every moment and will cherish the sweet memory. We felt like we were among good friends.

Fritz and Gabi are hosts like I've never seen anywhere else. They were very kind and helpful. We were overwhelmed by how they welcomed us—with even a basket of fruits and drinks because we had a delay and informed them that we would arrive later. The room is very pleasant, spacious, and clean. New facilities and everything very good. Wonderful breakfast. My young children loved the place. Definitely, on our return to the Interlaken area, we will look for them to stay there again.

The Chalet exceeded our expectations at every level. Fritz and Gabi were exceptional hosts, offering to help us plan our visit, answering any questions we had, and helping with transportation. Our room on the ground floor level was modern, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. The place is immaculate! Although they make the kitchen available to cook your own meals, we opted to walk to dinner each evening at the nearby restaurants. We loved staying in a local neighborhood surrounded by the beautiful mountains and meadows, classic Swiss chalets, and the distant sound of cow bells. A lovely stay!
