Several additional payments were asked afterwards (guarantee payment, city tax) which seemed unsafe from their requested links. The upfront guarantee money has not been returned as of now. Very bad.

Overall the experience was good. Check in instructions not clear and messaging to host not responsive. They do have luggage putting service but they dint mentioned in advanced. There is room to improve on customers service.

Pillows were too flat Not enough plates , both big and small ones, for our family of 5 Some utensils were damaged so we couldn't use them

Good location, very friendly and helpful Staff, efficiently run. From.booking to communication to checking in and checking out was a quick and smooth process . Place was comfortable, bed was comfortable, kitchen equipment and layout was easy for meal prep. We were given access after check out, to.store our luggage in the ski room which was very useful. Great stay !

The price was very high compared to the rest of the region, although the prices in Zermatt are generally higher. For a family of 4, we had enough room to sleep, but with the couch as a bed, there wasn't much room to sit and relax.

The location was convenient with respect to the train station, and a short walk to the town center. The apartment also had a great ski and luggage storage area. Finally, we really enjoyed the style of the apartment.

Very nicely furnished 2 bedroom apartment. It had an extra toilet which was great. Both the bedrooms were nice in size and had attached balconies. The living, dining and kitchen area was very warm and cosy too.

Wow, this place was such an amazing suprise, the place is just beautiful ! Such an eye for every single detail ! One bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, great kitchen with everything you could possibly need (with cute smegg appliances)and big nice bathroom with rituals soaps, very close to the station of Zermatt and a good bakery close to it just before you start your skiing. Two tvs with soo many channels in every language possible! You also get a storage below to leave your skis. I will definitely come back again no doubt about that :))

- Would be great if the TV had apps, such as Netflix etc - the spa is a little bit too expensive

- very handy position 5 min walking to the train to the top, train station, Denner and city center - perfect to be in an apartment belonging to a hotel so you have more privacy and space for a family with kids, but also all services of a hotel available - beautiful style, fresh and pretty - smart layout of the apartment: it didn’t feel cramped although it was not big - great with 11:30 checkout

Instructions for check in were to find a lock box which was confusing because room keys are to be collected from the hotel reception. This was easy to figure out but could be clarified a bit better in the instructions. For an apartment on a ski hill not having a laundry service wasn't ideal. There is one washer and dryer which you can use yourself but you had to pay by the hour with coins and the machines automatically turn off at 10 pm which made doing laundry a bit hectic.

Location was excellent. Very central and easy to find. Staff were kind, accommodating and helpful. Apartment was beautiful and fully stocked.

There is no safe box in the apartment at all. And the housekeeping of the apartment is only upon arrival and if anything required I.e. towels or other bedding essentials they would bring it

The beds were not comfortable. It was two single beds pushed together as one so you felt like you were sleeping on a twin. Also, it was quite noisy with people walking by in the middle of the night and early in the morning construction.
