Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe ski resort was only partially open the first weekend of December, although marketed as a grand opening weekend. Ski slope down to Cervo was closed, as were many other connections throughout the resort. Ski start/finish convenience was one of the main reasons to book at cervo.
The palace or luxury hotel experience in a ski holiday configuration... Even if we are all geared-up, wet and sweaty. Something you would expect from a city or capital experience.

This hotel is clearly one of the best, it’s new & modern with all the facilities you could think off, one of the nicest outdoor heated pools, they have amazing restaurants to choose from, & their breakfast was excellent as well. They’ve also got new electric bikes which are free to use during your stay ! The staff are very polite and helpful, they’ve got their own free porter service waiting for you at the train station upon arrival, and they also drop you back in their electric vehicles back to the train station during departure. I’d highly recommend this to hotel if you’re staying in zermatt.
