The location is good, quite near to the train station. Stuff is very friendly and they are happy to supply any help. Our family has a excellent stay there.

The wall sockets are only Swiss sockets and USBc-ready. It’s a bit inconvenient. But the staff was nice to lend us a couple of adapters.

I liked the location of the hotel; Grindelwald station is just a 2-min walk away. The hotel has stunning views of snow-capped mountains from the rooms and the breakfast hall. Breakfast spread was good too.

Perhaps the resturant menu could be a bit more expansive to include more fish and plant-based dishes.

The hotel is situated in an excellent position for location by weary travellers who have just arrived in the resort by train, after a long journey. The breakfast buffet has everything a guest could wish for and is well laid-out.

The hotel is marking itself as a dog friendly hotel (a deciding criteria when booking the hotel), but when we went for breakfast were to our great surprise told that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area!?

Greta location, close to all central facilities. Parking behind hotel was practical Had dinner one evening in the restaurant which was enjoyable, and service was good. No comments made there about our dog - which is surprising/ confusing with regards to breakfast location in same hotel.

Bedroom can be cleaner but it is still okay for me

The hotel offered great breakfast and the location is very near to the station. If travel with big luggage, it is very convenience. The facilities within the room is limited but you can ask from the receptionist, they are very helpful. The room we stay do not have aircon, but thanks to the whether i went, the room temperature is still fine. The hotel also very near to COOP.

We stayed there for 4 nights and had a great time! The location was really, really good. It took us less than 3 minutes to reach the train station. And it's only one train ride if you're going to Interlaken. Breakfast was also good. All the staff were nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property! Everything we experienced here was all positive! The view is breathtaking!!!

The hair dryer was not working and there were small flying bugs in the bathroom. However, as long as u keep the door of the toilet closed, the bugs will not fly into the room. We just lived with it as we were only staying for 2 nights.

The room was nice and clean. We could see the alps from our room balcony. Good range of TV programs (different languages) available. Bathroom amenities were provided, e.g. body lotion, shampoo/shower gel, nail file, shower cap. There is a lift in the hotel (enter from restaurant door), hence it's not challenging for travelers with heavy luggages. The hotel location is perfect, just 2mins walk from Grindelwald station and 10min walk to First Mountain's cable car station. Close to coop for groceries and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is provided, good variety of bread, yogurt, jam, cereals, ham, cheese and comes with scrambled eggs and bacon.

The location is great!! You have train station, stores, supermarket, restaurants within 5-10min walk. The rooms are a tad small but the beds are really comfortable. Room was cleaned and real nice.
