Breakfast is good but without a lot of veggie options. The pool, sauna and hammam are small and noiusy with a lot of children (even if technically forbidden, the pool and sauna are not supervised).

Overall nice and good value for money, but it is not expensive so value is not great either. Rooms are fine but without amenities except soap, the view is great but location a bit far from the village.

Decor in rooms was a little tired.

There was a few little thing that were broken in our hotel, bed and bedding was more like camping style and not a hotel.

I really enjoyed the coziness of the place, the breakfast and indoor pool and spa where amazing.

Maybe that’s what 3* really are, but the twin/double room is more of a student hall standard than a hotel. We didn’t mind as we only spend there a night to sleep after skiing. The breakfast could be better, people queue to get scrambled eggs which run out very fast once the staff puts it on a buffet, and having tried it I do not recommend it to anyone 😅

The location is great, 5 mins walking to a train station and the same to a ski lift. We liked the bar next to the front desk, chill and relaxed atmosphere. The ski storage room is very convenient.

Think the room need some updating - good beds and clean but slightly dated. Breakfast at the first day was amazing - we came slightly late but the buffet was still full and they let us have breakfast - the more disappointing was the second day as we were there earlier but buffet was half empty ... shame but the hotel got much busier.

This is a very nice hotel in a lovely location in Leysin. We enjoyed the stay a lot - nice reception, good pool and a bar with a big fire place. Parking was easy and the view from the hotel was gorgeous. Value for money was good and the breakfast was included. Also easy to walk down to the village - can highly recommend Le Leysin restaurant - superb service and excellent food.

We didn’t benefit from the discounts for ski rentals and ski passes because we didn’t see the leaflets on the counter. It would be nice to tell the customers at reception.

This is an old property and our tub did not drain well.

The location is great. The lobby area to the lodge is homey and cozy and warm with a central bar and comfortable seating. The view from our window was incredible.

There was no kettle or cups in the room to make yourself that first cup in the morning while enjoying the view in the balcony. Or a mini fridge if you would like to bring something back from the shop. Less and less food available after 9:00 am for breakfast. No bathrobes in the room, need to leave a deposit if you wanna get one to go to the pool area.

The location was nice but there wasn’t any snow to actually appreciate it.

The decor is a little dated but wonderfully rustic. It needs a little tlc here and there but that absolutely takes nothing from the wonderful ambience.

The place is so cosy and welcoming. Easily accessible close to the station and lots of parking. I was there to relax and hike it was perfect for both. I loved my room and the views are amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful the breakfast was fantastic. I made use of the spa which was lovely the swimming pool and jacuzzi both with a view of the mountains is just wonderful. Plenty of places to relax and have a drink a real gem I'll definitely go back.
