Property owner not responding and after lots of trials we got checkin instruction at 6PM while checkin time was 4pm. Also, property needs renovation and they should provide good quality of mattresses and towels.

First of all we have visited/Spent 2 days Lucern before visiting Interlaken, compare to the apartment at Lucern this one is nothing and we paid same amount as Lucern for this apartment(Central Park :( ). So the Comparison and expectation were not met There is NO LIFTS, No Guest PASS sent over the Mail There was no extra Towels provided, we booked for 2 Nights / 3 Days ( one Towel provided for each person for our entire stay) and Towels must be at least year old, must be changed no kitchen towel was provided. There was no coffee / Tea pack, what we do with coffee maker ? There was no chopping board on the kitchen Curtains are not well fitted and some windows have no curtains at all, tiles are broken, drawers are falling apart, need rework we booked 4 bed room apartment and Some beds in the room is not good Bedsheets were dirty and were smell badly single/small bedsheet was provided for Queen size bed which is not enough for 2 person :( no a/c or FAN, strongly request Guest to confirm these availability before booking (if you travel between month of May and Sep) The bathrooms were extremely cramped and smelly. Bathroom was fitted with sensor light which goes off frequently while taking bath

Bedsheets were dirty.. i covered one bed actually with one bedsheet coz its too dirty Tv remote control not provided, i ask but no response... There are post need to maintain area clean but cleaning materials not adequate enough 1 single bedsheet was provided per bed... bed was double bed.

This place needs redecorating, curtains are not well fitted and some windows have no curtains at all, tiles are broken, drawers are falling apart. We stayed in this accommodation for four nights for a group of seven and we were only supplied with 2 toilet rolls and 1 bin bag and no kitchen towel provided as well. Most accommodation would provide kitchen necessities such as salt or pepper but we have only seen a few drops of sunflower oil, garlic powder which I assumed left by the previous occupants. They also need to replace or throw some of the cutlery as they are no longer useful and knives needs to be sharpened. The door handle in one of the toilets was not fitted well that we are sometime afraid to lock the door as we might not be able to come out. There was no battery for the TV remote, hence we were not able to use it.

This accommodation was centrally located in interlaken and have spacious room, 2 bathrooms, few cooking facilities and a refrigerator which was very helpful.

Basic facilities were missing in the apartment like Light in one bathroom, Liquid Soap, Shampoo. Many floor tiles in living room were cracked and not safe for small kids

The host/contact seldom reply. Doesn’t answer calls. Good thing he/she replied 1hr before we arrive the appartment to give instructions on how to get the keys They didn’t provide interlaken guest cards that can be used for free bus rides and several discounts There are no ventilators but big windows can be opened Some floor tiles are broken or uneven. No remote for the tv Bed sheets and kitchen utensils can be updated.

Though the apartment looked clean, we found bed bugs in one of the bedrooms. We were offered another apartment/ one room in another apartment. But all this caused alot of hassle for us and I myself have marks from bed bug bites which is not at all a good experience. Also, the communication was very poor. I didn’t receive any checkin instructions until I asked for it. Also, the response was very slow. And the owner never picked my calls.

The apartment was at very prime location. Public transport was very near. Grocery stores and alot of hotels in the vicinity.

Owner does not respond either call/whatsapp or even on phone if you have any query to ask. - On your arrival time, host is responds about keys only to reach - Some tiles are broken which are uncomfertable to walk near kitchen area - If you need anything then forget about host will respond on any communication channel

1. No body picks up the phone at the day of check in. I person came quite late just to tell the passcode. We had to wait outside for 30 mins to enter into the property. 2. Tiles on the floor are loose and uneven

I liked the location. The apartment is well equipped with cooking utensils. 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Snowy mountain can be visible from balcony and window on the 1st floor.

Areas of improvement : Bathroom piping issue, NO LIFTS, No Guest PASS given, may be costly if the COST cannot be shared with multiple families

The kitchen is very basic and could be better equipped. The dish washer is broken and the sink plugged up right at the beginning. The host was informed but did not react, so we had to fix it ourselves.

The apartment is well located and very practical.
