Not many European power points. They have Swiss ones which are a little different so we had to buy an additional Swiss adapter.

Great central location. Beautiful views of river and mountains. Grateful for the fan as it was humid at the time we went. Parking was underneath the hotel which was great for the driver. Breakfast was really good. Loved the lift as there were three of us and we had lots of luggage. Lobby area was lovely and comfortable

It's certainly not the Ritz but it never made itself out to be such. No AC but you can crack the window and get fresh air and listen to the rustle of the adjacent river. Could use some USB ports. Shampoo comes in a squeeze packet by Coop is next door so you can buy whatever products you wish for.

I initially rated lower but after spending a few days here, the property and the staff more than made up for the modest amenities. The breakfast and the views were wonderful.

There appeared to be dampness in the bedroom (see photo). Awakened by people socialising into the early hours and church bells ringing too!

In the add they mention fast speed WiFi, but you barely can connect, and if you’re lucky enough to connect, the connection is super slow. This is unacceptable in 2024! The building is old and you can hear the guests in the other rooms. The mattress is of very poor quality - and this is unacceptable as well, no matter how old is the building.

I thought it was close to Interlaken station, but actually it is another station called Interlaken West. I takes me some time going to Interlaken station.

The lobby is lovely!! Love it so much! The breakfast is great! I can have good views at breakfast if I take a seat near the window. The staffs are friendly and patient.

Located a 5 minute walk from Interlaken West rail station, with a stream flowing either side, it was a lovely historical hotel. Close to shops and cafes. Generous buffet breakfast. Very helpful staff. Large room with beautiful mountain views.

Comfortable hotel right in the centre of town with carparking underneath. Very nice rooms with perfect views of the river and scrounging mountains. Breakfast was nothing special but not bad. Recommended for a one night stay whilst touring

Floor was visibly dirty and you leave dirt footprints in the tub. Entire bathroom door paint was peeling and i need of desperate repair. Shower head bracket would not hold up shower nozzle. Not much closet space. Very thin towels. Tissues ran out, we left the box out, they were not replaced. Lastly, the Asian/indian bus tours use this hotel, find smaller place to stay of you don’t like that.

Balcony view and location. Checking person with curly blonde hair was nice and helpful. The other counter people we not too friendly. Breakaways ok, not as good as all other hotels we visited.

It was very hot in the breakfast area and everyone in our party was sweating while trying to sit and eat.

The breakfast had a wonderful variety of food and we looked forward to it each morning. The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was excellent. The view of Interlaken from our balcony was so refreshing to wake up to. Additionally, we greatly appreciated that we could leave our bags in the lobby prior to checkin.

The furnishing is quite outdated and although I quite understand why the hallways have motion sensor lights, it is just alarming and frightening to be greeted by a dark hallway when stepping out of the room at night.

Breakfast is good. They have a good assortment of breakfast food. Breakfast is also included in the hotel fee. Location is near a bus station.
