The closeness of the hotel room to the lake and city was really great. The hotel room was impeccabally clean. We enjoyed ourselves a lot in Ascona, of course thanks to the great weather. The people at the reception were also very polite and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Was a bit of a trek around the side to take our suitcases, but a friendly member of staff came to help.

Good price right on the Lakefront. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly .

Website was a little misleading. We expected a king suite, but the room was a standard size with no special seating area or the best view. The rooms we had were still very nice, but not exactly what the website implied.

The room was in the side street on the ground floor so we didn’t open the window at all which is a bummer in this location.

The room was modern and clean. Even though not all rooms have a view of the lake, the room we had with a balcony also had a nice view of the town and mountains. The room is quiet and has good functioning airconditioning. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

1st floor view is not that great as the one floor higher, as the photos in the listing show the view when trees are without leaves. So in the summer the trees are limiting the lake view from 1st floor. Do ask for higher floor when you book, as price is the same.

Very friendly staff. Great location with nice view of the lake. Modern room with tea and nespresso amenities. They have air-condition which is a must to survive the heat in the summer there. They let us do a late checkout in the afternoon without extra charge!

The only thing to mention, was delivery trucks arriving in the morning which made it a little hard to enjoy our privat breakfast on the balcony. But it was not too noisy inside the room with door closed.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Everything you need is a short walk away. We had a beautiful stay with a lovely view and would come back.

Everything was really good. If you come by car, it is not ideal if you have large luggages and the cobbles might be an issue

Very clean, although not extremely spacious, it was still comfortable and never felt that it was too small. We also set a tent for the 17Kg dog which was quite wide and it fit fine. The bed was extremely comfortable, the toiletries good quality, light, AC were perfectly regulated

Rooms in the summer are very very hot they had dyson blowers to circulate the air but no accual air conditioning, they should install air conditioning. No Parking at the hotel you have to park in a parking lot that is chargable about 500m away from the hotel, however you can drive to the hotel drop off and pik up bags and then take the car to the closest parking lot a few mins walk away.

The hotel was immaculate, the view from the rooms overlooking the lake was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect right in the center of Ascona.

Nothing to say, it was perfect!

Very clean and comfy room. Unfortunately the room was very hot, but luckily there was a Dyson aircooler, much better than normal airconditioning! Amazing view on the lake from the balcony, where we loved to chill after a day at the lake, with a nice Aperol Spritz from the restaurant below.
