Comfortable dorms that maintained privacy despite sharing the space. Dinner at the restaurant was insanely delicious! And a very good included breakfast.

Reception table was a bit hard to find when I first made into the hotel.

All staffs were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Kids loved the pastries with butter and ham. Foods were nicely organized and presented like fine dining. Coffee machine made a delicous espresso and cappuccino. After a long day of traveling and hiking, Spa was perfect to relax the body. Two thumbs up!

Very clean, comfortable and nice property. My room was a small one, but very comfortable and cozy. You gonna find e everything you need there. New furnitures and good bed. The breakfast was very delicious!!! Very good options, from breads to yogurts. Juices and fruits. I would definitely return.

The showers are great but badly designed as water just goes all over the floor if you're not careful. Again, for someone who is lactose intolerant, the only alternative for me was lactose free or oat milk at breakfast, and unfortunately, offerings don't extend to yogurt or cheese sadly.

I liked the fact that it's a hostel but feels like a 4-star hotel. Very modern, very clean, and well thought out. Location was about a 7min walk from the station. I liked that every bunk had privacy curtain, a small safe, light and power point. I liked the relaxed atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

My recent Swiss hotel stay was incredible. The Matterhorn view from my room was awe-inspiring, and the room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast featured delicious Swiss cheeses and yogurt. Warm, attentive staff ensured an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for a perfect Swiss getaway.

Even though the room was pretty it was a bit small and the window faced a construction site and not the Matterhorn like in the pictures. Also the breakfast buffet was very limited.

Nothing - it was all perfect.

This hotel was amazing. As a family of 5 we had two rooms. The rooms are small but very modern and the kids’ room had a deck and an amazing view. The common areas are very comfortable, modern and relaxing as is the outdoor area. We were there in summer so it was lovely to go and sit outside and have a drink. We only stayed one night but so happy that we visited. You can do a lot on 24 hours. Breakfast was included and was lovely. There also a sauna and steam room, which was also worth a visit. Only a short stroll to Main Street.

At the first time I want to order five persons’s room. They have information about this however now we can’t book this type of room. So finally We have one member need to book another bed. If we can have much choices is much better.

The facility is really nice. For 4 members family is a great choice. We have great view outside. The service there is also really nice.

Due to construction, the other people in the room wanted to keep the window closed and the room got pretty hot. It would’ve been nice to have a fan in the room! Also the bunks had lockers but the receptionist said they didn’t have the keys for them so we were unable to use them.

It was expensive, but not out of line for Zermatt which is very expensive in general.

The hotel design is excellent, facilities spotless, everything is small (including the room size) but smartly designed, beds very comfortable, room was whisper quiet at night and our view of the Matterhorn perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I really liked how the staff was so accommodating and flexible, getting breakfest ready a couple minutes earlier so that I could catch the 7:00 train & letting me use the shower right after my hike/checkout. And the fresh croissant and hot cacao drink after the cold hike were just heavenly - Thank you Xana #bestReceptionist/Manager ever! Great energy all around - super relaxed and chill vibe.

The shower/toilet door is very weird… it’s very hard to open the door once you shut it. Till now we haven’t figured it out. There’s a short, uphill walk to the hotel.

Very fancy design. We love chilling out at the balcony and there was a direct view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast was so so good too with a wide variety.
